In 2024, Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Danielle Cabral met her “idol,” otherwise known as Bethenny Frankel. However, Danielle only recently shared this giddy blast from her past with her followers. And it’s all because she felt inspired by Billie Eilish’s similar full-circle experience at Coachella, where Billy shared a stage with her idol, Justin Bieber.
The reality TV stars crossed paths at a movie premiere in 2024
Danielle is not returning to filming for Season 15. Nor is Bethenny returning for anything as of yet, at least not on Bravo. But two years ago, this Real Housewives of New York alum did share a room with Danielle. So, understanding her assignment as a long-time fan, aided by a lot of help from her husband, Nate Cabral, Danielle finally got to meet Bethenny for a picture and a chat.
While sharing her captured image on Instagram, Danielle penned, “After watching Billie STILL get excited over Justin reminds me of the time I met my idol, @bethennyfrankel. It was 2024, and I was at a movie premiere. The film started,” Danielle explained. But then, “two late-comers scooted in our row – right next to us.”
One of these “late-comers” was Bethenny. As Danielle said, she has always connected with Bethenny “on a deeper level. So much of my career, my personality, my insane work ethic, and psychotic level of determination [are] the exact fibers that mimic Bethenny,” she added. Therefore, Danielle “tried for YEARS to get a meeting with her to talk about my shows in development, business ventures, or even to shoot the sh*t.”
“And there she was … sitting next to me.” But instead of talking to Bethenny, at first, Danielle “froze.” So, Nate “made the introduction and brought me over. I can’t even tell you what I said, but in no way was it enough,” Danielle admitted.
Even still, Danielle stressed, “The walk to the car was one we’ll never forget.”
