Donald Trump Attacked by a ‘Vicious Bee’ During Interview

US President Donald Trump may have received stings from his critics on numerous occasions lately. However, the entrepreneur came extremely close to experiencing the real deal following a recent encounter with a bee. The Republican leader had an unexpected run-in with a “vicious” member of the winged insect species during a recent interview, which prompted him to react with hesitation.

Donald Trump’s interview was interrupted by a bee

On May 1, while talking to reporters at the White House, US President Donald Trump had to divert his attention after the arrival of an uninvited guest, in the form of a bee.

The awkward incident occurred while the President was giving the latest updates regarding Pakistan’s decision to give way to a land route with Iran. All of a sudden, Trump began frantically waving his hands and even let an incoming question go unanswered in order to shield himself from a bee. After successfully chasing the insect away, the 79-year-old politician explained his distressed reaction simply, saying, “That was a vicious bee,” as per The Mirror.

Trump’s remark drew a hearty chuckle from the journalists present. However, he regained his composure in an instant and addressed the reporter’s question, saying, “I know everything about it.”

“I have great respect for Pakistan,” Donald Trump added after having evaded the bee attack.

Notably, the President experienced a similar incident during King Charles III and Queen Camilla’s recent visit to Washington. While showing the British royalty around the new White House beehive, stationed on the South Lawn, Donald Trump had a run-in with a bee, just like his Friday encounter.

A photo from the tour has since gone viral, showing the two-time President catching and holding a bee with his bare hands, while a terrified Melania Trump looks on, her hand close to her chest.
