Janet Caperna has a few thoughts about the recent accusations hurled against her on The Valley, suggesting that she digs up information on her fellow co-stars. Lacy Nicole made this allegation in a recent episode. But according to Janet, Lacy is wrong. Lacy might also be overthinking things here, per Janet.
Janet Caperna says she has “never looked stuff up” on Lacy Nicole
During Episode 7, Lacey approached Janet, admitting that she had been upset with her since their first interaction. During that exchange, Lacy recalled Janet bringing up Reddit, where Janet apparently saw that Lacy had “audited for Housewives like 17 times.” Yes, Lacy did audition for this franchise. But that was not her issue with Janet, Lacy explained in her confessional.
Instead, her issue was with Janet, who Googled her and ran “a background check” on her, Lacy stressed. But when asked about Lacy’s claim on the After Show, Janet had a totally different response.
“On God, on my son, on Jason [Caperna], on everything of my life, I have never looked stuff up on Lacy,” Janet insisted. “I think Lacy thinks I care about her more than I do,” Janet added.
Jesse Lally also weighed in on his girlfriend’s claims against Janet in the After Show. “Janet is the queen of Reddit,” he admitted. Then, he listed two examples, showing that Janet already knew something about Lacy before they even met.
As Jesse detailed, Janet knew that Lacy had recorded “two or three pre-tapes” for The Real Housewives of Orange County, which meant she absolutely had done her research on Lacy.
But Janet shut that claim down as well. “I like Reddit because I like reading information, like science articles and things like that,” she explained. “I’m not digging on Reddit for that information.” Instead, Janet ended, “I would say I’m on my phone a couple [of] hours a day, but I’m not digging up information to harm people.”
