It is out with the old and in with the new for a long-running reality show. Lisa Barlow teased that fans of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City should not expect many similarities between Season 7 and the previous ones.
According to her, the new season will give audiences a more intimate and in-depth look at the show’s stars.
Lisa adds that Season 7 will offer a fresh look at the show, while she really enjoyed being a part of it. In addition, she shed some light on a rumor regarding secrecy from those on the cast.
The Bravo star also addressed rumors of a mega-clause in RHOSLC contracts
Keeping details of RHOSLC on the DL before they air comes naturally to Lisa. She was asked about the speculation that she and her castmates had a mega-clause contract. That contract reportedly prevents them from making cast leaks.
Lisa told Entertainment Tonight, “I’m pretty sure I did not sign a contract that says that.” She adds that contract or not, “you should just naturally follow that rule,” of not leaking information.
As for the new season of her show, Lisa tells US Weekly that it “feels so different. It’s so fresh.” For her, the first few seasons were lacking “who we are, what makes us who we are at home.” She claims that fans who view the upcoming season will get a better idea of each cast member. Baby Gorgeous promises there will be “more layers” for audiences to see.
Her family dynamic will be another big thing we’ll see for Season 7. Lisa has two kids with husband John Barlow: Jack and Henry. She calls John her best friend and has nothing but great things to say about him.
That feels like a contrast from what fans learned in October. During an episode of RHOSLC, she shared that she’d been struggling with John. She said that she “feels alone at times.” It’s great to hear they’re now on better terms.
