Dorit Kemsley says PK Kemsley failed to make mortgage payments on the family home. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is now asking a judge to turn down his most recent court request. She says she only became aware of the problem when foreclosure notices were received.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Dorit’s attorney, Samantha Spector, denied PK’s claims that Dorit ignored the mortgage while spending heavily on luxury items. Dorit said PK agreed to pay mortgage and household expenses after moving out in May 2024 of their home permanently. The agreement was a substitute for child support payments, she said. She also said she did not know the mortgage had gone unpaid until she received foreclosure notices.
According to Dorit, PK makes approximately $2 million per year in addition to income from outside the U.S. She claimed he has more than $400,000 in the bank. Her filing said the law never intended to let PK weaponize “sleight of hand” tactics to render his wife and children homeless. She asked the court to deny PK’s request to sell the home immediately.
The filing also charged that PK spent lavishly on himself. Dorit said he spent approximately $756,000 over a period of months, $360,000 of which was on travel, $55,000 on clothing from Hermès and other luxury stores, $75,000 on dining, $160,000 on Venmo and Zelle payments, and $103,000 in cash withdrawals. She asked the court to order PK to pay the mortgage so she and their children wouldn’t have to move. Dorit sought $21,000 per month in child support, $22,000 per month in spousal support, $347,000 in retroactive support, and $40,000 in sanctions.
Dorit also denied the accusation that she had used almost $1 million on luxury clothes and trips. She said RHOBH wardrobe cost $217,000 for Season 15 and $500,000 previously, totaling $713,000 across 26 months. She said she has to stay “camera-ready” for the show and added that she returned many of the purchases because they didn’t fit or suit her, and she received refunds for them.
