Scheana Shay says two of her “closest friends” betrayed her trust
On the Scheananigans podcast, Shay revealed that Caperna told Brittany Cartwright about Brock Davies cheating on her while she was pregnant.
However, Caperna was not the only friend who shared the private information. Lala Kent also told Jenna Willis, a Vanderpump Rules castmate who was at odds with Shay at the time.
Shay said the two disclosures left her struggling with a sense of betrayal. She said, “After I found out that [Lala] had told Jenna [about Brock’s cheating], I said I just need a little time to process this. This is really heavy. This is a big betrayal.”
She added, “Around the same time, I found out Janet had told Brittany, and so I’m dealing with two of my closest friends doing this to me.”
Although Shay acknowledged that Janet had “good intentions,” she said it was “not okay” and “not your place.”
Fans also reacted strongly to Shay’s revelation. “You couldn’t waterboard this information out of me if my bestie told me this,” one user wrote. “[It’s] wild that Lala and Janet shared this info with other people.”
Another fan commented, “Janet and Lala [are] the two snakes.” The user added, “No wonder Lala came in to the snakes defense [on The Valley] … Now it makes more sense.”
A third observer wrote, “[Janet] is horrible. [Lala] Blah-bla is her annoying sidekick who judges others while simultaneously giving us nothing about her life.”
