Brittany Cartwright has called out her estranged husband, Jax Taylor, for allegedly breaking the law. The Vanderpump Rules alum claimed Taylor allegedly brought his new girlfriend, Lori Krebs, around their five-year-old son, Cruz, despite restrictions against it.

TMZ obtained a series of messages exchanged between the estranged couple on July 15, 2026. Taylor wrote, “Your sick brain thought it was okay to have a random guy sleep in the same house with my son … a guy you had to pay to be your boyfriend nonetheless.”
Cartwright pushed back, reminding Taylor that he had signed a court document. The agreement stated that he could not have a new girlfriend around their son during the first six months of dating. “You broke the law. Lori is to never be around my son,” she said. And added, “You have crossed the line [by] having my son around her. If it happens again, he will be taken out of your home. Do not contact me, you will see him next weekend.” Taylor replied that Lori had been in his child’s life since he was born.
Cartwright fired her publicist, Krebs, in July after discovering that she was romantically involved with her estranged husband. On July 9, Taylor and the publicist were spotted together during a trip at Hotel Mousai in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Cartwright learned of the alleged fling shortly before TMZ shared photos of the pair getting cozy during a trip to a resort in Mexico. Taylor was seen wrapping his arms around Krebs while they talked. As per reports, the trip was part of a group birthday celebration for the TV personality, whose birthday was on July 11.
Cartwright and Taylor first met in Las Vegas in 2015. They married in 2019 and welcomed their son, Cruz, two years later. The couple filed for divorce in 2024 and finalized a custody agreement for their 5-year-old son in March.
