Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix is killing it on Season 32 of Dancing With the Stars. The 38-year-old has consistently been at the top of the leaderboard and is now headed into the finals.

Ariana will face off against four other pairs in the finale, which will air on Tuesday, December 5. The Bravo star will battle singer Jason Mraz, actress Xochitl Gomez, former Bachelorette Charity Lawson, and actress Alyson Hannigan for the winning title.

We’re rooting for our girl and hoping she takes home the Len Goodman Mirrorball trophy. After all, she deserves it. Here are all the reasons Ariana should be crowned the winner of Dancing With the Stars Season 32.

It Will Carve a New Path for Ariana

Bravo fans were outraged when news broke in March 2023 that Ariana’s longtime partner, Tom Sandoval, was having an affair with her close friend and co-star, Rachel Leviss.

The public rallied behind the former bartender, launching Ariana into one of the greatest comeback tours ever. Suddenly, she was everywhere. She had countless brand deals and appeared on several talk shows and reality TV shows. She explained the drama to the women on The View and made a guest appearance on Love Island Games. Basically, she was the It girl of 2023. The Florida native turned her heartbreak into a success story, but unfortunately, monetizing the scandal meant having to talk about her ex constantly.

Ariana’s Dancing With the Stars journey helped her forge a path separate from Sandoval and the scandal. Sure, she talked about it a little in the beginning, but since then, Sandoval’s name hasn’t been mentioned. Ariana said distancing herself from the scandal was intentional.

In a November 27 Instagram Q&A, the Bravo star said she had a rule for herself going into the season. “Aside from Week 1 and [My Most Memorable Year,] I had a big music rule for myself, which was NO songs on that subject matter,” she wrote, responding to fans who inquired why she didn’t choose Taylor Swift’s infamous revenge song Vigilante S*** for Taylor Swift week.

We think she made the right choice. She is special enough on her own and doesn’t need to mention Sandoval to make headlines.

Ariana winning DWTS would be the ultimate ending to her comeback tour and help her create an identity outside of Sandoval and Vanderpump Rules. Her career in the public eye has been tied to him for the last decade, and it’s time to cut the cord. She can shine on her own now.

Ariana is a hard worker and she’s not going to let anything get in her way, not even a back injury. During Taylor Swift week, Ariana revealed she was experiencing pain from a back injury. Despite the ailment, Ariana has still been receiving top scores week after week. Her determination and perseverance is outstanding and would make her a very deserving winner.

Ariana Deserves It

There is no question Ariana is a talented dancer. The VPR star impressed both fans and the judges with her ability this season. She scored a 21 in Week 1, instantly making her one to watch. Not to mention she scored only one point below the top performance of the week. Her Week 1 performance proved she entered the competition with raw, natural talent. In addition, she has been improving and snagging higher scores as the season progressed. She received the highest score in Week 4 and Week 7 and earned a perfect score in last week’s semi-finals.

Despite all this, the road to victory won’t be easy. The Buying Back My Daughter star has some steep competition heading into the finale. Xochitl Gomez and Charity Lawson have also had impressive runs this season.

However, we’re still cheering for Ariana. She has been putting in the work and should be rewarded with the coveted Mirrorball trophy.
