Lenny Hochstein Will Depose Lisa in Court Battle Over Furniture

The divorce saga between Lisa and Lenny Hochstein continues ramping up. Reports have revealed that Lenny has been amping up pressure on Lisa as of late. The Real Housewives of Miami stars are spiraling worse and worse down the rabbit hole of vitriol toward one another.

Things got serious when Lisa accused Lenny of domestic violence, a claim that would irreparably damage anyone’s reputation. Lisa claimed she was being “threatened and harassed through the court system and through ‘others’ by Lenny.”

As expected, Lenny didn’t take kindly to the accusation. He was so confident in his ability to disprove her that he filed a defamation suit, calling Lisa’s claims mere retaliation against him. Now, Lenny is serving Lisa once more, this time with a deposition.

Lisa will be questioned about her moving out

On December 4, RadarOnline learned of Lenny’s plans to depose Lisa as part of their ongoing divorce battle in court. Lenny’s team has demanded that Lisa appear for questioning on Thursday, January 24 at 10 a.m. The questioning will take place at Brady Law Firm in Coral Gables, Florida.

Lenny requested a deposition in response to Lisa’s claims that she hadn’t taken more than she was allowed when moving out of her former home, Lenny’s mansion. The filing read, “The deposition is being conducted for the purpose of discovery as to the issues which are presented to the Court in this Family Division matter.”

Assuming Lenny chose to publicize this information, that was a wise move on his part. Now, if Lisa chooses to skip the deposition, everyone will find out about it. Of course, power plays aside, Lenny is still awful. It’s hard to say if the public should choose either team here, but one thing’s clear – if they do pick a side, it won’t be Lenny’s.

Real Housewives of Miami continues Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
