Even though Jax Taylor might always feel that Vanderpump Rules and The Valley are his show, he doesn’t call the shots. The former bartender had a love/hate relationship with Lisa Vanderpump. However, after his constant mistakes, she chose to step back from the toxic energy. But Jax doesn’t see it that way. Instead, he insists that if push came to shove, he’d never speak to the restaurateur again.
Jax Taylor throws shade at Lisa Vanderpump’s producer role on The Valley
The depths of denial that Jax often goes to astounds me. While answering fan questions on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Jax was asked about the last time he spoke to Lisa. The father of one seemed more than prepared for the answer as she scoffed.
Jax stated, “I haven’t heard from Lisa in forever. Apparently, she’s the producer of our show. But I personally don’t even think she knows who our cast is.” One thing is for sure: Jax is harboring resentment toward the woman who gave him a platform.
“But I haven’t talked to her in a long time. And I think she rubbed me the wrong way when she said those things about Kristen [Doute] and her and Luke [Broderick]. When she didn’t know about them. And she didn’t know about the baby’s daddy and stuff. So no, I have no interest in talking to her. I just don’t.”
In 2024, Lisa questioned the paternity of Kristen’s child. At the time, LVP told Access Hollywood, “I hadn’t heard that. How on Earth did that happen? Who’s the father? Do we know? Oh, she’s getting married? I’m really not very involved in ‘The Valley’ even though I’m a producer.” It was nice to see Jax stand up for his friend. So maybe he is slowly changing.
