Bethenny Frankel is once again spilling the tea. This time, she talked about reality TV competition shows. She shared which ones asked her to join and revealed the reasons why she turned them down.
Most fans know Bethenny from The Real Housewives of New York. She certainly made an impression. However, despite having a “cushy contract” with RHONY, she left the show in Season 11 and has been vocal about not returning to reality TV.

These days, Bethenny has moved to Florida with her daughter. She often shares updates on social media and talks about everything and anything. She’s touched on Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s unique wedding invitation design and admitted that she’d throw down in an airport.
In her latest share session on Instagram, she spilled the tea about reality TV competition shows. She shared which ones invited her to join and why she turned them down.
The first show she said no to was Celebrity Apprentice. “I turned it down because I had just been on the Martha Stewart Apprentice. The normal one, not the celebrity apprentice. And I crushed it,” she shared.
Bethenny made it to the finale of the show and built her own business. She felt no need to do Celebrity Apprentice and compete again because she had already proven herself in the entrepreneurial space.
She revealed that Dancing with the Stars asked her multiple times to join, but she kept declining. Despite several Housewives entering the ballroom, Bethenny didn’t feel it “was the right fit.” She also didn’t want to leave her daughter.
Lastly, she shared that she was asked to do The Masked Singer. “I was going to do it because I like to sing,” Bethenny shared. “But I just didn’t think that me being in a mask for the entire competition, if I went that far, wasn’t the right fit for me.”
Bethenny has no regrets about saying no. “The thing is, I’m very intentional and strategic about every single decision that I make. I take pride in that,” she said. “I think it’s really important in business and in personal to be very intentional and not just do something because it sounds like a good idea. It has to actually be a good idea.”
