It’s been a long week in court for Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers as the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star seeks to make her temporary restraining order permanent. On Wednesday, October 2, Aaron’s cousin, Dr. Kathleen McAllister, testified for a second time, once again sharing damning allegations. This time, she shed light on Quantum 360 Club, Aaron’s defunct “medical” and wellness center we saw on Bravo.

Kathleen worked at Quantum 360 Club on and off between 2017 and 2022. Earlier this week, she told the courts that during her employment, she witnessed Aaron’s domestic violence against Denise. Kathleen said she feared for Denise’s life, and she feared for her own safety as well.
Us Weekly reported on her second appearance in court, where Kathleen described her employment at Aaron’s facility as “supporting his dreams and business.” However, she said she wound up having to deal with an “incredibly abusive’ work environment, labeling Aaron as “manipulative.”
According to Kathleen, she was Aaron’s “foundation of credibility,” at the center, yet he tried to make her “financially dependent” on him. Kathleen is in the United States on a work visa, and she detailed how Aaron allegedly tried to jeopardize her renewal.
“I left him to renew [the work visa], and it was due to be done at the time, and he had acted like he was going to do it, and he ghosted me,” Kathleen alleged.
Kathleen told the court that she eventually left her role because she didn’t want to work in an “abusive environment.” Of course, Quantum 360 eventually closed, and Aaron is currently fighting a creditor over a six-figure, unpaid loan he took out for the business.
