Britani Bateman’s story line took an emotional turn on the latest episode of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Her daughter Olivia filmed a heartwrenching conversation during which she pleaded with her mother to make her and her sister a priority. Olivia explained how Britani tended to favor the men in her life.
It harkens back to the conversation Whitney Rose had with Britani. The veteran RHOSLC star suggested Britani should pause her relationship with Jared Osmond in order to focus on her children. Britani seemed perplexed and unsure about that course of action. And it showed later on, as the romance seemingly continue during filming. The question now is, what is their situation these days?
Are RHOSLC’s Britani Bateman and Jared Osmond back together?
Britani gave an interview to Decider recently. Naturally, the first question asked had to do with Jared and “where do the two of you stand currently?”
“Oh, my heavens! I mean, define together. What’s the definition?” the sophomore RHOSLC star answered.
The parameters were defined as “dating, talking” or “seeing each other?” Unsurprisingly, Britani has not cut ties with the man. However, she denies being “romantically” involved with him.
“We talk. Yeah, we talk every day. I don’t know. I mean, we hang out, we talk, we’re friends. We might even be best friends, but together? No,” Britani revealed.
She continued, “Not romantically. And future? I don’t think so. But it’s amicable. Very, very amicable. I care about him. He cares about me. We’ve ended on a really good note. And we still talk every day. And then occasionally see each other. And maybe occasionally kiss. But we’re not together.”
Perhaps this vague and confusing response is a way to keep the romance active, while also seemingly respecting her daughter’s wishes that she end things with Jared. It tends to be on and off with this duo. And the interviewer alluded to that when they joked, “I’ll ask again next week and we’ll see if the answer changes.”
Britani admitted, “Ask me tomorrow and this might be a different answer.”
And the saga continues.
