It looks like Yolanda Hadid is trading in the lavender farm for a construction site. Just weeks after we learned she was putting up her family farm for sale, a new inside source says the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum purchased a new multimillion-dollar property, and she’s got big plans for it.
Yolanda Hadid has purchased a $4 million manse

A source close to Yolanda spoke to Page Six about her latest real estate venture. They said that she already got a huge offer on the sprawling Pennsylvania farm that she listed last month for $11 million. That property might be off her plate soon.
In the meantime, she allegedly dropped $4 million on a “manse” that’s not too far from the old farm. The insider said this new property is a little bit closer to Gigi Hadid and her family. However, the locals were gagged at how Yolanda immediately started gutting the recently renovated home. She’s demolishing all of the work that a well-known designer just completed so that she can give it the Yolanda treatment.
“Even though a ton of work and money went into this turnkey designer home, she wasted no time and completely gutted the place,” said a source close to the manse. “She has had every contractor and subcontractor in there ripping out floors, lighting, fixtures.”
Apparently, word is spreading fast around the neighborhood about Yolanda’s high-end gut job. People have been driving by and picking up the luxurious pieces that she’s throwing out to the curb.
“People are driving by and picking up all the unused designer cast-offs in her trash,” the source claimed. “It’s a small town. People are talking.”
People are definitely talking — especially since all of these big real estate moves are arriving in the aftermath of Yolanda’s breakup from her fiancé, Joseph Jingoli. The two had recently bought a ginormous ranch in Texas before they called off their engagement. Now, it looks like Yolanda is starting over from scratch on her own.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock.
