As one of the Real Housewives, Kyle Richards can be a bit wishy-washy. A self-admitted bundle of neuroses, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star often finds it difficult to commit to anything. If there is a feud, Kyle usually stays off to the side. Making comments behind the other ladies backs, of course! And we watched her season after season having difficulty in setting boundaries with her sister and former co-star Kim Richards.
One thing Kyle is not wishy-washy on, however, is her love of family. She often films with hubby Mauricio Umansky and their children. We have also seen her in-laws pop up on occasion. And sister Kathy Hilton appeared on Beverly Hills in earlier days. Kyle’s most famous-and notorious-family member, however, is her niece Paris Hilton, who has also been on the show. Kyle recently shared her thoughts about the possibility of Paris becoming a Housewife. Yes, a Housewife!
Personally, I think the women of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills should be fined every time they mention “puppygate”. That dog has created a shit storm I would LOVE to find shelter from. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight.
That little dog has no idea how lucky it is to be out of Casa de Foreclosure aka Dorit Kemsley’s mansion. And, ironically enough, the woman at the center of it all, Lisa Vanderpump isn’t even watching the drama unfold.
Of course, this season of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills is about a dog while having nothing to do with a dog. It’s about so much more than that, obviously, but the prevailing thing is that I can’t rally behind the unraveling of something which attempts to paint Dorit Kemsley (who’s one step away from taking her phony accent and tacky clothes to debtors prison) as the victim. She’s not, no matter how many times Dorit asks, “Mirror, Mirror on the wall: whose the most victimized of them all?” Obviously, the mirror always answers Lucy, but Dorit routinely pretends not to hear things she doesn’t understand or like.
The biggest drama being whether or not this wedding will actually ever happen. Denise is so late half the women leave — which was probably not what the producers wanted. They probably hopped all the downtown by the open bar would lead to plenty of hysterics and a revival of Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave whipping out text messages from a toddler to accuse Lisa Vanderpump of manipulation. Yes – still talking about Lucy In The Shelter With Microchips! (#BeatlesReference)
One cast member not directly involved is Erika Jayne. Erika has had her issues with all three ladies over her four season run. She has always thought LVP was a sniper from the side making everyone do her dirty work. She fought with Dorit over underwear, and Teddi accused her of pretend amnesia. Give her past with that trio, it could be hard to tell whose side Erika is truly on. Luckily, she’s giving us a definitive stance on #PuppyGate!
Brandi Glanville is arguably the most polarizing Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star of all time. Everyone has an opinion of Brandi either way. Some people really love her and the way she speaks her mind at all times. However, many people think she is cruel and nasty for no reason. One thing that can’t be argued though is the impact she has had on the show.
Between the second and fourth seasons Brandi had a solid friendship with Lisa Vanderpump. Eventually, their bond broke and the two became bitter enemies. Brandi has always been vocal about her belief that LVP is a master manipulator. We know that Brandi makes at least one appearance this season from her cameo in the trailer. What if there was more to the story? Could it be possible that Brandi is actually eyeing a full-time return? It seems like all signs point to yes.
After claiming that Lucy bit her children and her husband PK, Doritdropped Lucy at a shelter rehomed Lucy. But in the contract from Vanderpump Dogs, the adopter is supposed to return the dog to the organization, or else pay a fee. Guess what? Dorit and PK didn’t pay the $5,000 fee. That isn’t surprising due to the financial hot water that the couple is in. Lucy ended up in a shelter. Thankfully she was traced back to LVP’s organization because of her microchip. And Dorit had previously returned another dog to Vanderpump Dogs. She should have known the terms of the adoption contract. You should read things before you sign them, Dorit. So, “puppy gate” has been the main story on RHOBH so far.
It’s no secret that Lisa Vanderpump is going through a lot this season. She unexpectedly lost her brother, and she’s on the outs with most of the cast. However, nothing was more surprising than her out of nowhere issue with Erika Jayne. During a cast trip to The Bahamas, Lisa confronted Erika over the condolence note she sent. Considering Erika was one of the only ladies not drumming up drama for LVP, it was kind of shocking.
Lisa thought the note should have had more substance to it. Erika thought it was her way of opening up. Housewives have called Erika cold and distant many times over the years. Erika seemingly knew this would become a problem and took a snapshot of the note before sending it! It’s a delicate situation, but that did not stop Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave from picking a side.
