RHOBH Alum Yolanda Hadid Relists 8-Figure Family Farm After Sale Falls Through

The lavender farm is back on the market! Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid has just re-listed her iconic Pennsylvania lavender farm after a previous sale fell through. If you’ve been saving up your pennies, this might be your last chance to live like a Hadid.

The former reality TV star wants $10.88 million

Yolanda first listed the sprawling, 32-acre property back in September 2025. She put it up for sale for nearly $11 million. Shortly after listing the property, we learned that she had already attracted a buyer. In the meantime, she wound up buying a $4 million manse elsewhere in Pennsylvania.

Unfortunately for Yolanda, something fell apart with that buyer, so she’s back to square one with the lavender farm. She’ll have to find someone else with nearly $11 million to spare. But, they’ll get three bedrooms, five bathrooms, an 8,000-square-foot stone barn that’s been renovated into an entertainment space and gym, equestrian training areas, and much, much more.

The New York Post shared the news about the real estate setback. Yolanda also confirmed it via an Instagram post, along with some snaps of her planting a new round of lavender plants. She’s putting a positive spin on this unexpected roadblock.

“When the Farm fell out of escrow last year, I chose to see it as a gift… more sunsets, more time, more moments, more meaning,” Yolanda wrote.

“To keep the magic alive, I just planted over 3,000 new lavender plants as an act of faith and promise to the land to keep the traditions moving forward,” she continued, adding that she has “trust in perfect timing.”

Yolanda originally bought the property after her Lyme disease diagnosis, and it became a haven for her healing and recovery. She’s hoping that the next owner can also find the magic in the space.

“This kind of magic, you don’t own, you simply get to be a part of its story,” Yolanda concluded, along with the contact information for her realtor.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo. You can also stream it on Peacock.
