We have finally gotten our hands of the infamous mugshot of Danielle Staub. This comes directly from the book, Cop Without A Badge. Also shown below are 2 pages containing Danielle aka Beverly Merrill’s story.
The Cop Without A Badge book is suppose to be an autobiographical tale of Kevin Maher, a former criminal turned Cop informant.
The gist of the story is that the main character in the book, Kevin, encounters Danielle and takes interest in her. Only to find out she is a stripper with a recent arrest and run in with the law. The run in with the law includes assisting a drug dealer in kidnapping and extortion. All of this allegedly took place in 1986. Interesting.
Kevin would go on to help Danielle get a good plea deal with the FBI. The two ended up dating on and off for 5 years eventually ending things in 1990. During this period Danielle and Kevin got married, but the marriage wasn’t exactly legal as Kevin was still married at the time. Kevin went on to state he last saw Danielle stripping in 1992.

Her ex is Kevin Maher, although he was already married, he was committing polygamy, so their marriage was null and void. She took on the stage name of Danielle from her stripping days, and then married Gerald Staub, CEO, Aerobics, Inc at 34 Fairfield Pl, West Caldwell, NJ 07006-6209. He is 12 years older than her. This is where she got that big fat $1.5 million house she lives in at 8 Shadow Ridge Run, Wayne, New Jersey. I’m sure she buried Beverly in the back yard. She was arrested for not paying her divorce lawyers, since she owes them in the 6 figures. Once she was released, she wanted them to reenact the arrest in front of the cameras, but the police department refused. Her husband runs a company that sells Aerobic equipment and I’m sure he is loaded, this is why she keeps begging him for her divorce settlement, which is probably in the millions. She has zero morals and I can see why she was engaged 19 times. Probably to Johns she was hooking up with at the strip joint.
I think they all have major skeletons. It is hard to hate someone so damn needy and clingy.lol I cannot take Dina. People in glass houses should never throw stones.
Hello Danielle, just would like to say that I’m not one who looks at people for their dark side,….God knows, we all have had that cloud hanging over are head, at one time or another in are lives.
Just wanted the world to know, that I met Danielle Staub when she called me up to inquire about buying one of my Chihuahua puppies for her daughter Christine.
Although I never had intentions of selling the little girl that she eventually bought…..
There was something about Danielle that was special.
Maybe it was the fact that we both had it very hard in are younger lives, although we never disgust any of our pass to each other. I just don’t sell my puppies to anybody, there has to be some sort of a connect with me, the money is always a second.
