Report: Teen Mom’s Amber Portwood Attacked Gary 2 Weeks Ago, Allowed To See Daughter

Another day, another four to ten Amber Portwood headlines to report.

The first is a new shocking TMZ story today stating that the Teen Mom might have hit her ex-fiance Gary Shirley again in an attack just a mere 2 weeks ago.

TMZ obtained an audio recording of Gary talking to his new girlfriend named Ashley. In the recording, Gary can be heard pleading desperately with Ashley to not utter a word to reporters who apparently got a hold of the Dec. 14 incident where Amber allegedly beat him again.

During the call, Gary can be heard admitting Amber “f**king hit me.” He then goes on to plead with Ashley to tell reporters, “No comment, no comment, no comment …” adding, “every time they leave you alone.”

Very shocking if Amber did indeed attack Gary again just two weeks ago as she was charged with domestic violence a month ago though she wasn’t officially arrest until this week. Yikes.

In other Amber news, she was released on Tuesday afternoon after posting bail. And despite a report that came out this week stating that Amber was issued a “no contact” order with her 2-year-old daughter Leah, UsWeekly is now reporting that report is false. The mag adds that the no contact order only applied to Gary.

Things could get complicated as Gary is reported to be taking care of Leah following Amber’s arrest. TMZ also adds that Gary has contacted the court to try to get the no contact order lifted. A court hearing for Amber has been set for January 19 to determine what should happen to Leah.

And finally, UsWeekly adds that when Amber appeared before Madison County magistrate Steven Clase on Tuesday, she was forced to reveal her income, which ended up being a whopping $140,000 for a six-month contract with MTV! The above picture of Amber was taken yesterday as she was seen exiting a counseling facility near her home in Indiana.
