Let the drama games begin!
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice took to her twitter page yesterday and managed to slam two of her Bravo housewives counterparts including her sister-in-law.
First, Teresa, 38, took a shot at Real Housewives of NYC star Simon van Kempen. Though in Teresa’s defense, Simon did sorta fire the first shots. In an interview with Popeater yesterday to promote the release of his new music single ‘I Am Real‘ (listen here at your own risk), Simon was asked which Bravo housewife should never record a song, and he replied “Teresa Giudice.”
It seems Teresa was none too happy with neither Simon’s response nor his music. She tweeted yesterday, “I guess RHONY Simon said of all people *I* should never do a song. Hmm… Singing’s not my thing. Apparently not his either. #worstsongever.”
Okay, fair enough. Except Teresa then took things a step further insulting her costar and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga with her follow up tweet. “And I have heard some BAD Housewife songs. Trust me. xx,” added Teresa.
See Teresa hates Melissa, who also happens to be a singer with a new single whose singing story line will play a major role on the upcoming season of the NJ Housewives… according to the season trailer.
Melissa caught wind of Teresa’s tweet and responded with “I see the green eyed monster strikes again…….” Safe to assume the two sister-in-laws have yet to make up. A screen shot of the tweets below -
Meanwhile, the AMNY site is reporting that we can expect to see a whole lot more of Albie and Chris Manzo when the third season of the NJ Housewives premieres May 16.
Albie reveals he and his younger brother filmed “a lot more” this season with their mother Caroline Manzo. “At this point, I think it’s become a family experience — it’s what separates us more from the other ‘Housewives’ shows,” said Albie.
As for what we can expect this season, Albie teases, “You’ve got to wait and see.”

UPDATE - Teresa responded to our story on her twitter page stating she was not slamming Melissa but rather former costar Danielle Staub.
“Me tweeting a joke ab Simon’s song is turned into a whole article? http://t.co/OkL0x9p LMAO But sorry I was NOT talking about my sis-in-law,” tweeted Teresa adding “My sis-in-law doesn’t even have a song out… I was talking about D and her hilarious fake lesbian song from last year.”
I suppose it is too much to hope that Teresa and Joe rot in jail for a few months (or years) for all of their unethical behavior and lying in their bankruptcy? If I had been them, I’d be off the show and finding a hole to hide in.
Well, yes, in this case, Simon took the first shots, but Teresa I seriously doubt you can sing or do a project with a title thalt makes some kind of common sense. Remember her failed clothing line, TG Fabulicious Guidette? WTF. Now that’s epic fail if you ask me.

You know what I’m with Teresa on this one. All of the housewives songs suck and are self indulgent projects. I don’t call it envy, its true. Just stop releasing songs. Stop. Its dumb and embarassing and pathetic.
Why are these people being celebrated in the first place is my question?
So many of them have questionable paths, records of fraud, DUIs, shady business backgrounds, bankruptcy filings, court judgments and a failure to pay child support.
Add in drunken parties, dysfunctional kids, tottering marriages and their way of dressing inappropriately for their age group – well any age group! – and it is a pretty sordid bunch being allowed to make money off products they merely slap their names onto. Many of them wallow in the “porn” side in these scenes and speak “pottie mouth” when it comes to dialogue.
It appears that the more vulgar they are the higher the “love meter” rises from the fans.

I don’t for the life of me get that, or their appeal, or why they think they are something to promote or that we want to see. Why don’t they put them on a Real Mama’s Boys of NJ show instead?

Jess@4, I was thinking the same thing. I could have been thinking of Danielle. (my how could anyone have forgotten Dani). I don’t see a story here. The sister-in-law better grow some thick skin because she is going to lose a lot of love just like everyone else as soon as the show starts. Teresa will become the least of her problems, wait until the entire Bravo audience has a go at her. She better hope her vocals are on point because we really don’t need any many more housewives singing. It’s bad anough Kim & Countless BooAnn fancy themselves singers.
In Teresa’s defense no where in the article did it say that she was directly or indirectly talking about Melissa. When she first said the first two people I thought of Danielle Staub, Kim Zoliciak, or even Luann Delesepps. Lay off the Melissa/Teresa feud.

If you all really watched the clips posted by Bravo clearly you would see she is getting the short end of the stick here. First and foremost they are FAMILY (if any of you know the definition) second fame and fortune should never come between anyone lastly we do not know what went on behind the scenes. It only previews what happens that the cameras were there to film. Keep in mind somethings still have to be done in the name of good tv. Teresa is not the person you think all of you see. She’s obviously jealous of her much better looking SIL, who also probably has better manners (of course, there can’t be anyone who has worse manners).
Of all the women, on all these Bravo housewife shows, Teresa is the bottom of the barrel. She’s beyond stupid–to the point where my IQ drops a few points after listening to her. She’s the most vulgar of all these women–only made more laughable by her proclamation “I’m a lady, AIN’T I?” And she’s a common criminal. She better start thinking of what makeup and hair color will be most flattering with the jailhouse orange she’s going to be sporting soon.
I am loving that she’s so completely and obviously jealous of her SIL. It must be killing her (and I’m loving it). And while her SIL just keeps looking better and better (thnx in Trashy), Trashy herself is looking like the moronic, glassy eyed, dumb as a bown of oatmeal loser that she is.
Can’t wait till until we see the episode when they move to the apartment above the pizzeria and we see Trashy slinging beer for 25 cent tips.

I saw footage Melissa in the audience, her brother and wife seemed to be respectful at Audriana’s christening……Teresa should show the same respect to her brother and not let her gorilla husband get into a fight.
I thought it was really stupid for Melissa to assume that was about her…everyone knows all the housewife songs that have come out are really bad. No one knows about her song yet
@24 Albert is the name of the father and son. It is common for sons to be called by the more youthful version of the name within the family for his whole life. In the outside world my BIL goes by Joe or Joseph but within the family we refer to him, and especially those older than him, as Joey to distinguish him from his father.

cb–I’ve never heard any of those things (they met in the office and her knocked her up). Maybe it’s out there and I’ve missed it (and I admit, I don’t read much of Trashy and her SIL’s fight stuff–since I don’t know her, it’s not that meaningful at this point).

From what I’ve seen of Melissa, she’s not looked bad at all on the previews. I think Trashy looks much worse to be honest. Melissa is far more attractive (she doesn’t have that neanderthal looking low forehead and eyes on the sides of her face that is so unfortunate looking for Trashy). She appears to have more class too. Of course, we’ve not seen much of her so you could very well be right that we’ll all be turned off by her in a couple episodes–but at this point, the score is like this:
Trashy: 0
Melissa: 2
Not high scores for either of them–but at this stage of the game (for me), Melissa is definitely winning.
This site is getting lame. No one cares about what Teresa has to say. She is an idiot of multiple proportions. She needs to focus on paying her bills. I like Melissa Gorga she seems like a descent human being.

no i dont know any of them personally! i just pick up on bits of gossip here and there on sites. and i’ve seen on more then one site they met while she worked in his office, yet the official bravo blog says they met on vacation i believe? anyway, we will see! i’m excited about NJ. NJ got me started on the HW franchise. i just dont get why melissa would retaliate so fast thinking the tweet was about her, when like others have said, there are quite a lot of bad HW singers that we do know of
as far as the age and pretty thing, yes melissa has t beat there, lol anyone can see that! some of the previews i feel she is the typical NJ princess bimbo (like the rest of them) but we will see!

What I really am curious about Joe & Teresa standing trial, last I heard it was the summer, that will probably be more interesting than the show!

I think Bravo is trying to emulate MTV Jerseyshore by giving the manzo brothers more air time. These boys do not have the same personality or likeaility of MTV Jersey shore. I do not think I will watch this show, but if it is true the family feud is made up drama for tv that wil totally suck.

We are all speculating because the season hasn’t started yet. Before I even got to your comment, I thought Teresa was talking about Danielle. If you are Teresa or a friend of Teresa’s more power to you. It is believed that other housewives have been here in past so why should this be any different.
What’s really amusing about these shows are the arguments coming from a favorite’s “defense squad” who meander from blog to blog taking jabs at those who find their “star” behaving like an idiot.
These women are all “fake” with their plastic faces, boobs, and hay hair. Their clothing is age inappropriate and their mouths need to be washed out with soap. They disabuse their spouses, embarass their children, and many have been exposed for questionable finances and seedy offscreen behavior.
Their fake charities and need to promote “products” covering books, recordings, cosmetic, jewelry and clothing lines is laughable.
Anyone agreeing to appear on “reality tv” has a screw loose to begin with since history has shown many marriages break up as a result, the backbiting and snarling is the only thing the fans come back for, and there is little “drama
that is not manufactured to increase ratings.
In “real life” most of us would shun this women for their pretentiousness and lack of integrity yet the “fans” are willing to “slice and burn” any poster who finds their “adored star” less than worthy of tribute.
