Melissa Gorga and Dolores Catania just spilled a few drops of Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 15 tea by admitting that it will feature “lots of new girls.” Overall, Melissa and Dolores feel “pretty excited” to have these new cast members on their roster. After all, this series really, really needed a refresh. And there is no better way to do that than by bringing in several new faces.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey is finally set to return
RHONJ Season 14 was an absolute dud. The cast stood heavily divided, making the scenes hard to film, much less watch. So, Bravo placed it on an extended pause. But during this pause, Melissa and Teresa Giudice finally made amends, which is good to hear, since both of these OGs are returning for Season 15.
Yesterday, as The Daily Dish reported, Gia Giudice worked the room at the NBCUniversal Upfronts presentation in NYC, interviewing various Bravo stars on NBC’s behalf. Two of these stars were none other than Melissa and Dolores. “How excited are you all for New Jersey to be back?” Gia asked. “I mean, I’m pretty excited,” Melissa admitted.
“We start tomorrow. So like, let’s gooo. I mean, lots of new girls,” Melissa continued, looking at Dolores, who confirmed, “A lot of new girls.”
Then, Dolores teased, “So when you’ve not done it for so long, [filming hits] different. And then we have to see how the new girls are. You never know.”
You never know, indeed. Hopefully, this cast tries to form a cohesive unit while leaving old feuds truly in the past. If they can do that, then RHONJ Season 15 will find us “pretty excited” as well.
