Is Patti Stanger having a nervous breakdown? Or maybe she is just totally nuts! Or maybe all the plastic surgery has been effecting her brain…
After making several homophobic comments and accusing gay men of being incapable of monogamy on Watch What Happens Live that resulted in a public apology and a chastising statement from Bravo, Patti did it again on The Joy Behar Show! Seriously!
This time the Millionaire Matchmaker (whose client base is probably invisible at this point!) insists, “Gays don’t have a lot of testosterone.”
“I’m talking about that they use both sides of their brain. Straight men only use one side,” Patti, the bio-geneticist continued, explaining how the gay brain works to Joy Behar. “Gay men are very bright, very handsome … they put themselves better together,” Patti asserts. “They dress good, they decorate, they clean, they cook.” Is that maybe a compliment? I’m not sure – I need someone to analyze how the Stanger brain works! Or, actually… maybe not!
Patti offered no excuse or apology for her behavior, nor has Bravo released a statement about this latest incident, but a friend of Patti’s told The Huffington Post, “She finally understands what she has done and instead of continuing to dig herself deeper [into] trouble, she has decided to flee to her family.”
“She’s going to hide out for a while but has learned her lesson,” according to the friend. “From now on she is going to try and be much more careful about what she says.” Well, it may be too late now, Patti!
Are Patti’s comments totally out of line or was she just trying to be funny? Should Patti’s show be canceled after all her insensitive comments?

Let me tell you about my Godfathers (Uncle G and Uncle Ron) who were gay and monogamous. Yeah, I know, shocking , huh? They were childhood sweethearts, NEVER even dated anyone else and but each other, spent their whole lives together, working and building a business and traveling the world until Uncle Ron died after being together about 40 years. Uncle G lived for another 20 years and even then he did not date anyone else. Uncle Ron was the love of his life and when Uncle G died last summer, i was at his side and all he wanted was to be with my uncle Ron again.
But I don’t expect you to understand that kind of love. You have proven it is beyond your capacity which is why you set up a dating service to try and profit from those who are looking for love.. You are little more than a pimp.
I find it hilarious that you can’t even get a man but yet you think you have the ability to be a matchmaker. Patti is BUSTED in the looks department! When oh when is her ex, Andy, going to speak out about this disgusting woman?! Patti will never be in a relationship. No man wants to be emasculated on a regular basis by a neurotic psycho. I guarantee you that her bestie, Jillousy, is lovin’ seeing her downfall. People like them are true friends to no one. Misery loves company. This will take some of the heat off of Jillously (until she inserts her foot in her mouth AGAIN. . .tick tock. . .).
Everyone knows that Stanker has a new rival in town, right? Some younger, cuter lady is coming on this month on VH! – I think her nickname is City Slicker or real name is Cindy Stickler (I honestly couldn’t understand her). But the name of her show is going to be “Why am I Still Single?” The premise is going to be her monitoring folks on their dates and critiquing them. It seems to have more humor, and real, USEFUL critiquing, not just criticizing and put-downs like Stanker does.
P.S. I looked up a couple of the folks who Patti said were millionaires – on MANTA/ internet, and their company annual gross incomes were, like, $200,000/year. Somebody said before, those aren’treally millionaires at all.
