Days after receiving a series of death threats on Twitter, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong can now rest a bit easier as the FBI has identified the person behind the threats.
According to a report by Radar Online, the person behind the twitter handle @Hardboiledpeggs, is a teenage girl from New Jersey. Even more disturbing, Taylor has a book signing scheduled for February 7 in NJ. Security has now been increased in light of the threats.
On Jan. 29, @Hardboiledpeggs tweeted: “See u on February 7 ill be there with a book and a rope so i can kidnap u,” to which Taylor responded by saying: “Don’t ever contact me again.” @Hardboiledpeggs went on to make more alarming threats against Taylor’s daughter Kennedy.
“This was taken very, very seriously. The death threats Taylor and her daughter received are from a teenage girl that lives in New Jersey. The teenager appears to suffer from mental health issues,” a law enforcement source tells Radar. “Taylor is extremely grateful to the FBI for identifying the culprit.”
The source adds, “It was disturbing for Taylor to find out that the girl lives in New Jersey, because of the specific threat she got in regards to her book signing in the Garden state on February 7.” Taylor’s tell all memoir Hiding from Reality: My Story of Love, Loss, and Finding the Courage Within goes on sale Feb. 7.
And speaking of Taylor’s memoir, her sister-in-law a.k.a Russell Armstrong’s younger sister is once again speaking out against her, calling her a lying gold-digger over her tell all memoir!
Talking to the HollywoodLife blog today, Laurie Kelsoe isn’t buying Taylor’s claims that she is releasing the tell all, six months after Russell’s passing, to help inspire other abused women. Laurie believes Taylor’s motivation is all about money.
“Taylor never reached out to my family about writing a book. She’s a gold digger; that’s why she wrote the book,” says Laurie. “I don’t think Taylor took into consideration what [effect] a book like this would have on Russell’s children! Her decision to write this book was purely motivated by money, but she is pretending that it’s about helping other women. What about helping her own family?!”

Laurie adds that she is more upset over the damage being done to Russell’s reputation as he is no longer here to defend himself. “It’s the utmost disrespect…my mom is heartbroken. It’s such a disgrace and embarrassment,”says Laurie. “Even if what Taylor wrote is true, why does she have to come out with a book about my brother now, so soon?”
Moving on to Lisa Vanderpump, who’s spinoff show unfortunately is a no go. According to Radar Online, Bravo has decided to pass on Lisa’s show.
The proposed spinoff, which Lisa filmed a pilot for, was reportedly centered around the ins and outs of one of her restaurants. The show would have followed the chaos surrounding the restaurant, including both the lives of Lisa and her staff.
“Lisa was hoping to follow in the footsteps of New York housewife Bethenny Frankel who had her own successful spin-offs focusing on her wedding and new baby but the network decided not to pick up her show,” a source close to Bravo revealed. With Lisa’s spinoff out of the equation, a return for a RHOBH third season is all but certain!

TELL US – THOUGHTS ON A TEENAGE GIRL MAKING THE TAYLOR DEATH THREATS? THOUGHTS ON LAURIE’S COMMENTS ABOUT TAYLOR? DISAPPOINTED LISA’S SHOW WAS NOT PICKED UP?

@ 449 meinnyc: I watched “The View.” The only one who asked Taylor a semi-difficult question was Joy Behar. She asked since it was entirely possible that Russell could have murderd Taylor and Kennedy why would she still love him? Wouldn’t Taylor be relieved that he was dead and couldn’t hurt them? I don’t think Taylor was quite prepared for the question. She hemmed and hawed a bit but came up with some canned answer. Watching it I felt that everything she said had been carefully rehearsed. One thing I will say. Taylor is certainly looking a lot better these days. What a little more “fame and fortune” will do for a person…lol.
I think it was Barbara who said at the end of the segment “Everyone in the audience will be getting a copy oif the book.” If I had been an audience member I would have declined it.
@451, yea, everyone had a copy of the book, the only way the publisher will get rid of them is to give them away. I wouldn’t spend a dime to support Traylor Trash!
447 whew I’m glad you clarified I thought you were going to say he sexually abused his sons!
#445@gigi:
Thanks for that hysterical Vid, and to whomever made it should get a Star for their Editing….LOLOL…
@Pandora:
Ya that’s exactly what I saw too, Trouter looked VERY rehearsed,[which is the way good PR works, they prolly went over all the possible questions she could/might be asked so she didn't slip up, 'cept of course, like U said, the ? from Joy she didn't seem prepared for]….notice TOO, how when she gets a question about ANYTHING it always goes back to her, instead of answering what’s asked: eg: she always relates it back to her “alleged” Mother’s abuse[if it even happened, and maybe it did] but it makes her look MORE the Victim, to the general Public, who, for the most part, are the one’s that’er gonna buy her book, imo….my guess is, Much of the Booksales will be to peeps that’ve never watched the Show, but maybe have/had DV in their lives….Best, U…lol…
2nite should be GOOD…Round II…lol…GO Brandi!!!…..
@tcct
You used the term Mob Mentality and while you clarified what you said…I agree 1000% that’s exactly what this is! It reminds ME of the bad old days where whites would round up a mob and lynch black folks, or whomever THEY thought needed to be dealt with. This hate for this woman is ridiculous and it most certaintly does add more fuel to the fire…
Shameful and disgusting behavior…by adults!
@455, I hardly thing Taylors situation is the same as the horrible crimes commited in the early part of this century. Taylor is not oppressed, she put herself out there by being on a reality show, making all sorts of claims about abuse. lieing about her background, etc. And no one here is getting a lynch mob together….geez
Sorry, last century
@ 445 gigi Thanks for posting the video. That confirms what I said, it was not said several times, she said it twice, once on the show and once in the media, I also think that other media then picked up the story from the video. Here’s what bothers me, I believe that Taylor was physically abused by Russell, but it was a toxic relationship and she also lies and is a famewhore, but so many comments that I have read about her lies are lies themselves or gross distortions and I think that can turned into a plus for her because she and her people can spin the perception about her dishonesty as being more internet hysteria. For example, it has been posted as fact that she has tried to pass off Kennedy as a member of the Kennedy family, so if her honesty is ever brought up in an interview all she has to do is bring up a couple of false internet rumors that have been REPEATED and are accepted as fact (not saying the Kennedy one is) and laugh it off and sweep her real exaggerations under the rug at the same time.
@ 456 Bob Loblaw I agree with @ 455 Asia and was thinking of lynchings in the South. and also crucifixions and what went on at the Coliseum. I don’t think the power of the person involve really matters, it is really about the spectators who enjoyed the lynchings, crucifixions, or Coliseum fights. Many of the people who were crucified, lynched, fought gladiators or lions were actual criminals and bad people but in the stories about the Coliseum, for example, the writers made it clear that the spectators were there for enjoyment more that to see justice done.
Oh Please spare me the hisory lessons, white folks ALWAYS seem to have a problem when their hateful and disgusting terroristic ways of violence is mentioned. Why some of you think you’re soooooo far removed from the way people who actively participated in lynchings and intimadation tactics is beyond me. Some of the thingsthat are said about her is horrificly violent and loathesome. If I were here I’d be petrified. Someone said ‘her behavior warrants the hatered for her’ or some nonsense like that. Yep, same things those two white men said about Emmit Till before they brutalized him and tied a weight around his neck and threw him in the river. His behavior was whistling at a white woman. Did he deserve that? Or the Scottsboro Boys or Ossain Sweet or…I could name you HUNDREDS of cases where mob mentality cost people their lives…right here in America! Her behavior doesn’t give any of you the right to wish death upon her or say any of the sick shit you all say whenever her name comes up. Talk about her all you want, I’ve never liked Taylor BUT I’d never say the crap some of you say about her…its just sick and not ONE of you can justify talking about her the way you do. You all join in because you’re followers, and to see other people sharing your hatred of her makes you feel right at home so you join in and keep the ball of hate for Taylor rolling.
To the intelligent people here….all TWO of you, what I’m saying is you add fuel to the fire by everytime her name is mentioned..a whole boatload of you just can’t wait to post your little nasty, negative and hateful comments about her…..true blue mob mentality.
@tcct
I was speaking to Bob Loblaw when I said spare me the history lesson…which is what I went into to try and prove my point.
@Bob Loblaw
It’s a different kind of lynch mob, done on the computer where everyone can hide behind their names….no sheets needed.
Also tcct…people would pack picnic lunches to take to lynchings…
I’ve made my point, and I did so because I enjoy the Beverly Hills show and reading the often funny recaps. Reading the comments became more and more disturbing though and I was like whoa….this Taylor storyline is bringing out a ton of hatred (unwarranted!) for her and her situation. And it’s weird that people would actually let a woman that none of them know bring out this type of hate! It makes ZERO sense people and it shows me that a few of you need psychological help…NOW! That girl in NJ, who allegedly made those threats did so because of the level of hate that sites (the comment section specifically) such as this, have created. RT, not blaming you all! I’ll continue to read the recaps about BH, just won’t venture into the comments anymore. Lots of sick people here and I don’t know, I’ve worked with DV victims and to see one vilified like this is disturbing. Their relationship did seem very toxic as others have pointed out, and I’ve always had issues with her neediness for these women friendship and her general lack of self love, but I know the signs and symptoms of DV and she seemed to be damaged more by the psychological abuse, much more than the physical. And that psychologiacal abuse is so tough to deal with…very very hard. He roughed up other women, why Taylor gets accused of killing him (yes, I’ve seen that more than once on this site!) and deserving all of this, is beyond me.
The reason for the so-called lynching, which is just really freedom of speech, is because millions of people are watching someone take advantage of a human being that has passed on, and his entire family and children that are left behind not even being allowed to grieve properly because she had to write a book at the speed of light which is potentially full of lies and/or gross exaggerations that he is no longer here to defend. I am also not insinuating that there wasnt some sort of volatile relarionship between Russell and Taylor/Shana – whatever her name is, but i dont believe she was as much a victim as she protrays herself to be, case in point “i am about to take you out back and pull some Oklahoma on your ass” which she said to poor anxiety-ridden Kim Richards last year. And besides her lies, the bottom line is that it was in extremely poor taste that she published her “memoirs” of abuse by Russell without even talking to his family, i.e., his mother, siblings, and last but definitely not least his teenage son. Some of you obviously haven’t seen the video interview on youtube of RUSSELL’s oldest son…it is just heartbreaking how she treated his other children! This woman is horrific, cold, calculating and fame and fortune mean more to her than anything else in this world, including his poor children that have to put up with her bashing and slandering their father’s name instead of just having their loving, sweet, warm memories of their father to grieve in peace. And she did it all for money and notoriety…she needs to be called out on her egregious, selfish, distasteful actions by those who have watched the whole stupid thing unfold right in front of our eyes on national tv!!! It was HER choice to put her screwed up, dysfunctional, abusive marriage on television (for money and fame) and we have watched her lie time and time and time again about many different things and we are calling her out on her lies and immoral actions because she put it out there for us to see it, to disagree with it and to comment on it! She gets lots of money to play a gold-digging, lying, selfish, manipulative, faux housewife and fame whore and I personally don’t feel sorry for her one bit – that’s part and parcel of being on national tv and pretending to be a rich RHOBH! lynch mob… I think not – WE ARE THE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO SPEAK UP ON BEHALF OF HIS FAMILY, FRIENDS AND HIS CHILDREN INCLUDING THE 2 BOYS FROM HIS PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIPS. I have never in my life commented on any blog in any forum on ANY SHOW ever until now and i find myself compelled to say something about her offensive behaviors because there are children involved and she doesnt care how much she is hurting them or his family…its just WRONG on so many levels that i am in awe at how anybody can even possibly want to defend her selfish, self-serving actions.
@Asia. I would LOVE to say it to her face. I would LOVE to tell her in person what I think of her selfish, money grubbing, fame whoring actions! And just in case you havent noticed, the overwhelming majority of the RHOBH viewers on these comment pages feel the same way I do because Taylor is WRONG for doing what she did, whether she was abused or not! There are children that she is hurting by publishing this one-sided memoir of what she claims happened…it never should have been published after his death. If he were here to defend himself and his children and family were not trying to grieve over their tremendous loss, then write away…publish whatever b.s. that is in her tiny little brain and fo ahead and be trashy enough to air their dirty laundry about their personal life and relationship issues…but NOT WHEN HE IS NOT HERE TO DEFEND THOSE ALLEGATIONS AND IT IS HURTING HIS LOVED ONES WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO GRIEVE!
