Chad Johnson Officially Charged With Battery For Head Butting Evelyn Lozada!

A month after the headbutt that ended his marriage happened, Chad Johnson has been officially charged with misdemeanor battery against Evelyn Lozada!  

The State Attorney for Broward County, Florida tells TMZ that If convicted, Chad faces up to a year in jail. Chad was arrested and Evelyn pressed charges against him following the incident. This is not his first offense; he was previous charged with domestic battery against a former girlfriend. 

Soon after the Basketball Wives star filed for divorce, unfortunately Chad is refusing to sign the papers and is instead getting tattoos of Evelyn's face. Nothing says 'I love you' like a headbutt followed by emblazoning one's calf with a badly rendered drawing

Evelyn has been moving on. She was recently spotted on the beach smiling and rocking a teeny hot pink bikini. She is also appearing on OWN network's Iyanla, Fix My Life September 15th & 22nd. A photo of Evelyn rocking her bikini is below! 

Evelyn recently spoke out against Chad and her relationship, admitting there had been problems all along and believing there was no way to fix things.
