Tamra Barney Vs. Simon Barney Custody Case Escalates; They’re Arguing On Twitter!

Tamra Barney is in a heated court battle with her ex-husband Simon Barney over their children appearing on Real Housewives of Orange County. While I'm inclined to believe it's just a storyline, Simon doesn't seem to be playing around.

Simon does not want his children on the show claiming no good can come from it and that they dislike filming and find the show embarrassing. Tamra claims her youngest daughter does want to film (she's 8 and what does an eight-year-old know).

The exes split 50/50 custody of their three minor children and Tamra is asking a judge to give her permission to allow the kids film with her when they are in her care. Simon does not want them to partake in the show at all.

A viewer tweeted Simon a photo of Tamra dancing on a bar while appearing on an episode of RHOC and Simon admitted that he's already aware of the photo because "that picture is one of the exhibits in my case. Lol"

Simon's case being that the show is inappropriate for children and that Tamra's behavior on the show is also inappropriate for his kids to be around. The photo in question is from Tamra's raunchy bachelorette party in Mexico, the one where Gretchen Rossi also hired the most disgusting strippers ever!

Tamra defends herself and says she would never, ever act that way in front of her children. Apparently she doesn't understand that they can just WATCH HER ACT THAT WAY ON TV!

Tamra adds, "and that guy in the pic was thrown out of the bar for going up to me like that." Uh huh.

Tamra also calls out Simon for exhibiting his own inappropriate behavior. She tweeted a photo of Simon doing a beer bong and that captioned, "Not like im doing a beer bong in front of my kids like he did season 4"
