Listen people, Ken Todd never lived in Calabasas and he certainly never got into a physical altercation over some sidewalk demolishing…unless you believe Brandi Glanville on the first count and brothers Kevin and David Cazaref on the second. Poor Ken has just been sued by two construction workers for an alleged incident back in October…but given the fact he's a ridiculously wealthy and he sued them first, I'm a bit suspect about the entire situation.
The husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Lisa Vanderpump has been dealing with the Cazaref brothers since he filed a lawsuit last year against them claiming extortion due to the same instance. I guess if you throw in a hot nightclub renovation, a Bravolebrity, and a jack-hammer, things are bound to go sour!

Back in October, we reported on Ken's law suit against the Cazaref brothers. The back story is that the brothers were working on some sidewalk demolition on one of Lisa and Ken's many clubs when Ken complained that they were doing it incorrectly. Ken then attempted to show the proper way to chip concrete, and that's where the story gets hazy.
In his suit, Ken claimed that one of the brothers became enraged and hurled the cement chipper at him. Next, Ken alleged that the brothers threatened to skew the story and have him arrested if he didn't pay them $50,000 as they had connections in the police department. However, Ken's case was dismissed because he never showed up to court.
TMZ is now sharing that the brothers are now suing Ken for assault, battery, and slander. The brothers' story is the same up until Ken's chipper tutorial when they allege that Ken shoved one of them and then offered the hefty sum to keep them quiet…which they rejected. They are asserting that their law suit is in response to Ken soiling their name.
I'll be honest…I think both versions of this story sound sketchy as H-E-double hockey sticks!
