Tori Spelling, Oxygen Sued Over Stolen Reality Show Idea Claim

Reality TV stars Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are in hot water!

Three television producers, Charles W. Malcolm, Jake P. Hall, and Denny O'Neil Jr., have filed a lawsuit with the Los Angeles Superior Court against Tori and Dean's Life in a Bowl Productions, Oxygen Media, and two other production companies.

They're asking for $60 million for theft of their idea, unfair business practices, and more. Apparently, Tori and Dean's sTORIbook Weddings is "uncannily similar" to a show they previously pitched to Oxygen, titled Wedding Rescue.

Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott Welcome A Baby Boy!

Everybody's having boys these days! The latest celebrity couple to welcome a son is Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott! This is the fourth child for the couple who joins siblings Stella, Liam, and Hattie. "It's a boy!!!!," Tori announced on Twitter.

"Please join us in welcoming Finn Davey McDermott," Tori she revealed on her ediTORIal blog. Finn was born yesterday at 5:39 PM. He was 6 lbs, 6 oz and 20" long. Congratulations to the Craft Wars star and her family!
