Well forget the rumors that Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy were trying to work things out and make their marriage last. Bethenny officially filed for divorce in New York according to TMZ.
Two weeks after announcing their separation even though it had been rumored that they've been living apart for months, the Bethenny Ever After star began the process by filing for a summons for divorce earlier this week.

Now it's only a waiting – and legal game – before things are over. The couple does have a prenup (some also report a post-nup) which was signed to protect Bethenny's Skinnygirl assets. Bethenny previously stated they want to amicably co-parent their 2-year-old Bryn.
Bethenny took to Twitter to issue a statement about what's going on.
Jason has not issued any comment regarding the status of his marriage. He was spotted around NYC last week wearing his wedding band.
Us Weekly reports the couple is still living together to protect their daughter and Jason is planning to vacate the apartment Bethenny remodeled to accomodate her needs/wants/and whims on last season's BEA. "There are not plans yet for [Jason] to move out of their NYC loft," a source shares. Well that's awkward!
So the made-for-reality TV marriage lasted a whole three-years. I guess that's not bad, right?
