Teresa Giudice visited a psychic on Real Housewives Of New Jersey, and that psychic saw her living in a smaller house. Finally facing the writing on the wall, Teresa and Joe Giudice have decided to unload their museum of tackiness!
Teresa and Joe were able to hold onto their mansion during their bankruptcy filing after the trustee found it to be worth less than than the couple owed and not a viable option to satisfy outstanding debts. With their bankruptcy dismissed and the couple still owing $13.5 million as if they never filed, and their sentencing scheduled for October 2nd, the couple needs to do all they can to lessen their financial burden.

Sources reveal Teresa and Joe have “quietly” listed their 1o,000 sq foot Towaca, NJ mansion for $3.99 Million and are hoping to unload it before one or both of them head off to prison.
Teresa faces 21 – 27 months and Joe could do up to 47 months in the slammer. They will also be on the hook for restitution. The taxes alone on the mansion, along with the mansion (they are levied to the hilt) is probably a huge financial blow to the couple.
Teresa and Joe bought the property in 2002 for $530k and after extensive renovations, doubled the square footage. They moved in in 2008 and filmed an over-the-top re-done housewarming event. About five minutes later the couple filed for bankruptcy. In 2012 the mansion was reassessed for $1.2 Million but they are hoping to get more than double that, reports TMZ.
