Kim Richards Ordered To Do 30 Days Of Community Labor; Judge Denied Request For Community Service

It’s official. Kim Richards will do community LABOR, not community service for her drunken antics at the Beverly Hills hotel in April.

Kim‘s plea bargain included 30 days of community labor, but Kim’s attorney argued that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wasn’t able to do manual labor because of a foot injury. <insert all the eye rolls here> Kim had until today to cough up a note from her doctor. Apparently, Kim failed to provide proof of a foot injury. Not to mention, the judge was probably like, if your foot is well enough to walk all over town in search of Xanax, your foot is well enough to pick up trash on the highway. Suck. It. Up. Buttercup.

In addition to the 100% hard labor, Kim was sentenced to 3 years probation.

Kim was ordered to attend 52 (one a week for the next year) AA classes, pay a restitution, and stay at least 100 yards away from the Beverly Hills hotel as well.

Kim has been in and out of the police station and “rehab” (so much so… you’d think she was a Teen Mom star, not a 50-year-old mother of four) since her arrest in April. She still has to face the consequences of shoplifting from Target.
