Kim Richards and her daughter Kimberly Jackson are about to re-grace our TVs in an explosive new reality show, ‘The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition.’
Airing on Lifetime, Kim and Kimberly, 21, will star alongside Heidi Montag, Courtney Stodden, and other famous-ish reality stars who have problematic and antagonistic relationships with their mothers or daughters for 8 weeks of intensive therapy to rebuild their relationships. Surprisingly Farrah Abraham and her mom Debra weren’t available to have more of their toxic insanity on display! Blame MTV for that one.

The preview shows the former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star exploding all over the place, ala part deux of Amsterdam. Kim even shoves Heidi because she cannot handle being confronted about her behavior! Doesn’t AA preach accountability? Kim must not have reached that pivotal step…
Kim seems to be the mom with the most drama – she filmed the show on the heels of her revolving rehab stints and two arrests, one for drunken disorderly and another for shoplifting from Target. We’re basically seeing Kim in the extended version of her dramatic interview with Dr. Phil!
Courtney has well-publicized drama with her mom/former pimpmomager Krista over Courtney’s solo sex tape release last year. Obviously we know from reality TV past that Heidi and her mother, Darlene Egelhoff, have had several issues related to Holly’s decision to drastically alter her appearance with plastic surgery.
Other participants include former Bad Girls Club star Natalie Nunn with her mom Karen, Shar Jackson (former star of Moesha) with her daughter Cassie, and ex-Hollywood Exes star Jessica Canseco with her daughter Josie.
The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition premieres on Lifetime on March 1 at 10/9c.
