Did Vanderpump Rules Star Tom Sandoval Stiff His Agent?

Well, well, well. It sounds like Jax Taylor isn’t the only Vanderpump Rules star with some shady (pun intended) legal problems these days.

Tom Sandoval learned recently that what he wants to do (allegedly not pay the agent who helped him negotiate his original Vanderpump Rules contract) and what he’s bound by contract to do (pay the agent) aren’t one and the same.

Tom‘s former agent, Peter Young, claimed that he helped Tom secure a spot on Vanderpump Rules. Reportedly, Tom’s original contract was for five years, and Peter was supposed to be paid 10% of Tom’s earnings. Peter said Tom earned “just under $38,000 for the first two seasons” but paid him only $1,300.

Tom took it upon himself to renegotiate his contract prior to season three, and according to Peter, he scored a $15,000 per episode payday. Tom allegedly told Peter he did it on his own because he just didn’t want to pay him anymore.

The problem is, Tom and Peter secured a five-year contract for Vanderpump Rules together, and Peter feels he’s still entitled to 10% of Tom’s earnings until that contract expires. Peter argued his case to the state labor commission and won. Tom – who was ordered to cough up Peter’s money – has filed an appeal.

TELL US – DO YOU BELIEVE TOM STIFFED PETER? SHOULD HE HAVE TO PAY IF HE RENEGOTIATED HIS CONTRACT ON HIS OWN?
