Heidi Montag Undergoes Surgery To Improve Chances Of Getting Pregnant

The Hills: New Beginnings is dunzo for the season and it didn’t end on much of a note. Brody Jenner pretended to be butt-hurt that his ex-wife, Kaitlynn Carter didn’t put him on the top ten list of people who needed to know she was pregnant. Audrina Patridge acted like it was 2008 again and focused too hard on Brody and Justin Bobby Brescia. Meanwhile, crystal maven extraordinaire Spencer Pratt and Heidi Pratt did all the heavy lifting.

Spiedi spent much of the season questioning Jason Wahler’s sobriety. For the record, Jason is sober. Heidi and Spencer just questioned it because nothing else was going on. Jason’s wife, Ashley Wahler, did however get pregnant during filming, which is something Heidi really wanted to happen for her and Spencer, who have one son, Gunner Pratt. They’d like Gunner to share the throne to Pratt Daddy Crystals with a little brother or sister. Unfortunately though, Heidi and Spencer have had difficulty getting pregnant this year.

Page Six reports that Heidi recently underwent,“hysteroscopic polypectomy surgery to increase [the couple’s] chances of conceiving.” Page Six adds that in a livestream on YouTube, Heidi shared, “I’m hoping that this surgery works and that this is the only reason I haven’t been able to get pregnant.”

“Hopefully after this,” Heidi continued, “I can get pregnant right away.” After the surgery, she said that she was feeling “really good,” and that she is, “so happy it’s done.” Heidi also thanked the hospital staff.

Post-surgery, Heidi plans to take it easy. She said she is “just gonna relax,” before informing people that she “can have intercourse in two days” and is currently “ovulating, so hopefully, this is the time [she gets pregnant].”

Page Six also cited the Kelsey-Seabold Clinic, who describes the surgery as a “minimally invasive procedure” that is “performed to remove uterine polyps in the uterus.” Regardless of the procedure, all that matters is that Heidi is doing well. Here’s hoping Spencer and Heidi can add to their family in the future!
