Tiffany Mitchell Says Kyland Young Made A Mistake Not Targeting Xavier Prather During His Big Brother HOH Reign

Gone too soon. Tiffany Mitchell understood the BB23 assignment and was rightfully (and tragically) targeted for it. After securing her alliance’s fate in the Final Six, Tiffany was the first member of the historical Cookout to be evicted. What’s worse? She was followed immediately by Hannah Chaddah. My y2k queen! It still hurts.

Following her boot from the Big Brother house, Tiffany sat down with Us Weekly to discuss her insights on the remaining houseguests. Of course she was first asked about her contribution to her alliance. ICYMI: Tiffany developed an apparently fool-proof strategy to secure her six-person alliance a spot in the finals together. When asked if she was given enough credit for her smarts Tiff snarked, “… considering how [Derek Frazier] tried to tell me, like, less than two weeks ago that he’s the one that came up with the master plan, I don’t even know if it was my idea anymore. Did I get enough credit? I don’t know. We should ask Big D.” I stan.

Tiff was then asked about the other houseguests. She admitted that she really was connected to Hannah, and had planned to take her to the end if possible. She also gave some details on the relationship between Xavier Prather and Kyland Young. She admitted, “I think Kyland made a mistake nominating me and Hannah. I definitely think that he should have stuck with us because we didn’t have a choice but to stick with him.” Woof. Maybe eviction was the better choice?

Tiffany also showed amazing foresight. She shared, “[Kyland]’s taking a huge chance with Xavier because Xavier wants to win. Kyland wants to play Batman versus Superman. Xavier wants to win $750,000. However, maybe Kyland would win sitting next to either one of us. So if he wants to go Marvel, then he chose the best choice.” Lmao. And go Marvel, he did.

We all saw Kyland go on to shame Xavier for misleading him and going for the $750,000. During his next HOH, Xavier sent Kyland home in lieu of a bland friendship with some guy who sniffs his earwax and rambles for hours on end. Kyland was the only one surprised by it all. Meanwhile Tiffany was awarded America’s Favorite Player and a handsome prize of 50k! Don’t we love a happy ending now and then!?
