With all the drama going down on Instagram, I sometimes forget that the Kardashians have an upcoming Hulu show nearing its debut. However, I have doubts that Keeping Up With The Kardashians 2.0 will be half as entertaining as my Instagram feed. Or even the Kanye West penis episode of Real Housewives of Miami, for that matter. Adriana de Moura should replace Larsa Pippen as Kim Kardashian’s new partner-in-crime.
Hulu released a new trailer for the new version of KUWTK that gives a hint at what’s in store from America’s most famous family. The trailer, released through People, is heavily focused on the romance between Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker. The fam is seen celebrating their fairytale engagement, a moment that brings Kris Jenner to tears. Kimmy, who is apparently a comedian now that she’s dating Pete Davidson, poked fun at her mom’s reaction. “She’s never had a reaction like that for me and it’s happened a few times,” she joked. Fourth times a charm, Kimmy?

The trailer also shows Khloe Kardashian seemingly living her best life despite the trail of losers men that try to bring her down. Unfortunately, now that Kravis are making it official, Khlo lost her partner-in-crime Scott Disick. I will miss watching them pull pranks on Kris and create general chaos.
Aside from the Kardashian sister trio, the trailer doesn’t give away any major storylines for the show’s debut season. Kylie Jenner’s business offices are shown, but she doesn’t show her face. She’s just there, lurking in the background. It’s better than Kendall Jenner — she’s barely shown in the snippet at all.

Hopefully, the show fills in the blanks about the family drama going on behind the scenes. Kim’s surely going through it trying to be a mom, a boss, and a girlfriend while going through a public divorce. But will Pete make a cameo as Kim’s official BF? Who knows. Maybe we’ll get Khlo Money’s reaction to Lamar Odom’s pooping moment on Celebrity Big Brother. I doubt it, but a girl can dream.
My expectations aren’t too high for the new show since Kris Jenner loves enforcing a carefully-crafted narrative. But will I still be watching? Absolutely. Will Julia Fox? Probably. Will Ye? Absolutely not. Other than that, everything is up in the air.
