Selling Sunset Star Christine Quinn Is “Shaken” After A Home Invasion Attempt

The burglars of Los Angeles strike again, and this time, their target was Selling Sunset star, Christine Quinn. It was 4:30 AM, and Christine was asleep with her husband and 9-month old baby when two armed robbers tried to break into their Hollywood Hills home. The robbers weren’t successful in their break-in attempt, but the ordeal has left Christine and her family shaken. Page Six captured all of the details about the real estate agent turned reality star’s harrowing experience.

In the aftermath of the attempted robbery, Christine took to her Instagram Stories to share what happened. Fresh-faced and still in pajamas, she explained, “We woke up to noises, and the noises started getting louder.” She continued, “We didn’t know what was going on. We immediately checked the security footage, and outside of the master bedroom, which is four feet — right here, there was [sic] two armed robbers breaking our glass window.”

It’s impossible to hear Christine’s account and not immediately think of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley. She just survived a similar experience when gun-toting robbers came breaking through a large glass window at her home. They held her at gunpoint and stole thousands of dollars worth of designer items. Fortunately for Christine and her family, these robbers couldn’t make it into the house, so no designer bags were harmed. But still, it’s a scary thing to witness.

“We have such good security in this house that they weren’t able to get in,” Christine said in her Instagram stories, detailing that her windows are “triple pane” for added protection.

Christine and her husband called 911 when they realized what was happening, and luckily, the police showed up pretty quickly — which isn’t always the case, depending on where you live.

“We went into our baby’s room and immediately locked the door, and the cops were here instantly,” Christine recounted.

The pair of robbers took off running when they realized they weren’t going to be successful at breaking into the house. And although the cops showed up shortly after, these guys are still on the loose. Christine shared some surveillance photos on her Instagram with a plea for help to identify them, so if you see something, say something.

“If anyone knows these people, please immediately let me know,” Christine wrote on Instagram along with surveillance photos of the robbers, who donned sweatsuits and masks. “This was the most horrifying moment of my life, when we’re laying in bed and there is [sic] two armed men that we’re watching on cameras literally four feet from me and my baby is sleeping very close to us.”

The LAPD told Page Six that if these two are caught, they will face a minimum charge of attempted arm robbery — but who knows — these two might know something more about the uptick in high-end robberies in Los Angeles.

While the cops search for the attempted robbers, Christine and her family are recovering from the frightening experience. Her rep told Page Six that she’s “safe but shaken,” so we’re sending our girl all of the positive vibes!
