Christine Quinn

Christine Quinn Misses Selling Sunset Reunion After Positive Covid Test; Films With Melissa Gorga Days After

If you haven’t yet binged Selling Sunset Season 5, go grab some popcorn, and get to it. I’ll wait. Trust me, you don’t want to miss this. We get to see all the tea that’s been spilled since filming ended, and I for one am. Here. For. It.

Jason Oppenheim and Chrishell Stause relationship coming-out? Check. Subsequent fall-out? Also check. Heather Rae Young excluding Christine Quinn from all wedding things? Triple check. Christine pouting and rewriting history to make herself the victim while we are literally watching. You betcha. Mary Fitzgerald becoming office manager extraordinaire while at the same time dealing with the fallout of her relationship with Christine. Yep. Newbie Chelsea Lazkani joining the Oppenheim Group and championing Christine? Guys! It’s all there. It’s as if Season 4 was just one long trailer to get us to all the goods. Best. Season. Yet.

Of course, if you ask Christine, none of this is real. Nope. None of it. It’s all fake. According to Page Six, Christine tweeted out, “30 minutes till the launch of #SellingSunset enjoy the new season and all of its 5,000 fake storylines!”

It’s surprising that someone who claims to love playing the villain is looking for a way to shift the focus off their own (bad) behavior and put the blame on someone else. Deflect much? And Heather, for one, agrees with me.

Heather shared, “They don’t push us to be anything. We are who we are, and it comes across on camera. I mean, you see who we are. Is she different when the cameras are on? Maybe. Is she fake when they’re off? Maybe … that’s the thing. I don’t know her anymore. I don’t know the truth anymore.” Girl, I’m pretty sure even Christine doesn’t even know the truth anymore. But I digress.

Did I mention we are getting a reunion show, for the first time ever? Squeee! However, it seems like not everyone made it to filming. Fresh off her fake storyline bombshell, Christine wasn’t able to film the reunion. According to TMZ, “Christine tested positive for COVID on Saturday and out of an abundance of caution, she did not attend the reunion.”

Amanza Smith also had Covid, but she appeared virtually. As you do. While Christine was also given that opportunity, she declined, due to how poorly she was feeling. Sure Jan. I’m sure it had absolutely nothing to do with Emma Hernan calling you out for bribing a client not to work with her. And if you believe that, I’ve got a bridge to sell you.

In a miraculous turn of events, it seems that while the reunion was completely (and virtually) out of the question, Christine was able to film with Real Housewife of New Jersey, Melissa Gorga. In person, natch. @therealhousewiveszone shared a very real picture of the two lounging poolside, via their Instagram feed. There goes the required 5 days of isolation after a positive diagnosis. CDC be damned.

I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait for this fallout. You just know Mary, Chrishell, and Heather are going to have a whole lot to say about this. And, I can’t help but wonder, if perhaps Chelsea might be feeling slightly differently about her BFF, right about now.

TELL US- DO YOU THINK SELLING SUNSET CREATES FAKE STORYLINES? DID CHRISTINE REALLY HAVE COVID? WHAT DO YOU THINK CHRISTINE AND MELISSA WERE FILMING?
