This will surely be a desirable home for a family or couple, so long as they can afford the price tag. Because Teddi and her husband, Edwin Arroyave, are renting out their home for an eye-watering amount.

TMZ reported that the former RHOBH star and her husband are offering their home for $35,000 a month. And what does this price tag get you on the LA rental market? The home boasts 4,206 square feet and five bedrooms.
Here’s what the Two T’s In A Pod podcast co-host has been enjoying in her home. A soaking tub, a walk-in dressing room, and a home office. For her active lifestyle, Teddi installed a home gym, a heated spa, and an extensive pool.
For those wanting to enjoy the outdoors and gaze out over the Hollywood Hills, there is a lounge, BBQ kitchen, and a bar.
As for Edwin, Teddi, and their children, they will be moving into another home closeby. Interestingly, Kyle Richards’ daughter, Farrah Brittany of The Agency, is managing the rent of the Arroyave property.
Of course, the family has been dealing with heavy topics. Teddi has been battling skin cancer for the past year. She had a dozen melanoma’s removed already and was temporarily in the clear. However, Teddi recently informed fans via Instagram that doctors confirmed a new growth. This time, the lifestyle guru opted for a medicated cream over another excision surgery.
Teddi has not spoken publicly on why she and Edwin decided to put their house on the rental market.
