Tom Sandoval Charging $850 to Party With Him on Super Bowl Weekend

Vanderpump Rules’ resident wannabe, Tom Sandoval, has a new gig. He recently announced that he’ll be hosting a charity event in Las Vegas, Nevada, during Super Bowl Week. The event will raise money for the Las Vegas veterans charity, Forgotten Not Gone.

Okay, that’s cool. Until you find out that tickets come at an astonishing price: $500 – $850 per person. You’d have to be a serious Sandy fan to shell out that kind of money just to hang with Tom for a couple of hours. Yikes!

The event, Fred Minnick & Friends’ Big Game Bourbon, will be held on Wednesday, February 7 at the Foundation Room Las Vegas. (Wait, isn’t the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 11?) Needless to say, fan reaction to the event has been somewhat underwhelming.

A very expensive cocktail party

The event promises to take partiers to “the 63rd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel … You will experience its iconic breathtaking view of the Las Vegas Strip … Mix and mingle in the club’s beautiful spaces and patio.” An open bar and “gourmet bites” are included.

The “celebrity bartender” and Schwartz and Sandy’s co-owner will be hosting the cocktail reception. When he recently shared a flyer on his Instagram, fans took to Reddit to voice their sticker shock.

“He’s not even performing,” wrote one poster. “He’s just a guest bartender. I understand things are really expensive in Vegas that weekend. I live here. I’m still not paying that much to see Tom Sandoval make me a drink, though, lol.”

“So greedy and gross,” another posted.

While someone else commented, “Oh, I definitely did not expect $850. I gasped when I thought it was $8.50. Ferk that.”

“Lol. I literally can go hang out with a mediocre has-been bartender down the street for free,” joked another.

“They missed the decimal place by a couple digits,” joked someone else.

In Tom’s defense, a source told The U.S. Sun that Sandy wasn’t involved in setting the ticket price. We should also remember that this is all for charity.

“The prices for this event were not set or decided on by Tom,” a spokesperson explained. “The profits don’t go into his pocket, as this is a charity event for veterans.”

Sadly, at this rate, he might also be the only one there.

Vanderpump Rules airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.

TELL US – WOULD YOU PAY THAT MUCH MONEY JUST TO HANG WITH SANDY? DO YOU THINK THEY’LL GET A GOOD CROWD?
