Ryan Serhant Will Sell Andy Cohen’s NYC Apartment

Our guy Andy Cohen is moving into a new pad, and he’s enlisted some elite help to sell his old place. Million Dollar Listing: New York star Ryan Serhant is going to help sell Andy’s NYC apartment! The news of Ryan’s latest real estate project came during his recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live.

Ryan dished on his upcoming Netflix show while weighing in on the latest Bravo news. While Ryan and Andy were catching up in the clubhouse, Ryan teased that Andy was his latest celebrity client!

Andy’s million-dollar listing

During the WWHL episode, Andy asked Ryan about the “last major celebrity client” he worked with, and Ryan quipped, “Maybe you?”

Andy currently lives in a luxury apartment in the West Village of New York City. It’s been Andy’s bachelor pad for years, but he has kids now. They need some more space, and they’re about to get it. Andy recently purchased an $18 million penthouse and is getting ready to move in as soon as the renovations are finished. So, when talking to Ryan on WWHL, Andy confirmed that Ryan was indeed working with him to sell the apartment in the West Village.

“We’re going to, yes we are,” Andy replied regarding his apartment in West Village NYC. “You’re gonna sell my place … at the price you said we could get for it.”

Andy has shown off glimpses of his luxurious living situation in the past. He merged three apartments into one behemoth unit because that’s what rich people do. The space has a steam room, a bar, and obviously, a giant disco ball. What more would you expect from Andy?

From what we’ve seen on MDLNY, we can expect Ryan to have Andy’s epic apartment sold in no time. So, if you have a few million dollars to spare, a fabulous apartment is about to become available. Just call Ryan!
