Are you in the market for a new car? Do you want to own a piece of reality TV history? Well, we know someone who is selling a Range Rover! Monica Garcia’s mom, Linda, shared on Twitter that she’s selling her daughter’s car, as seen on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. It’s just the latest chapter in one of the most volatile mother-daughter relationships we’ve ever seen on Housewives.
Linda strikes again
In Season 4, we saw the mother-daughter duo clash over the Range Rover, among other things. Linda bought the car with her credit and used it as leverage over Monica. At one point, she “repossessed” it, leaving her daughter and grandkids without a vehicle. She eventually returned the car by showing up to Monica’s house unannounced. Linda called it a “peace offering.” Monica wasn’t buying it.
She told her mom, “I can’t do this anymore. I can’t live with when you get upset or mad, that you are just going to come and take my car from me.”
Now, Linda is trying to get rid of the car altogether. We can assume that means she’s super mad at Monica right now. Or, maybe she just needs some extra dollars. Either way, she’s only looking for “serious buyers,” which is ironic coming from such a deeply unserious woman.
Linda wants serious buyers only
Linda wrote, “FOR SALE: Monica Garcia’s Range Rover as seen on #RHOSLC.”
Monica’s Range Rover is a 2017 model with a whopping 159,494 miles on it. A good chunk of that mileage was probably from doing laps around Jen Shah’s house. Linda added that Monica recently had it wrapped in a “gorgeous rusty gold color” after filming Season 4 of RHOSLC. She’s asking for $41,200.
In Linda’s post, she clarified that she’s only offering pickup service for potential buyers. There are absolutely no deliveries because she doesn’t want to have to walk home again like she did when she returned Monica’s car on RHOSLC. So, unless you’re in Salt Lake City or willing to make the trek out there, then this purchase isn’t for you.
