Ariana Madix recently opened up about being in financial ruin right before Scandoval took place.
In a special clip for an upcoming Vanderpump Rules episode, Ariana cleared the air about supposedly being loaded with money. “The internet thinks I’ve made millions of dollars. That is not true,” she said. “It’s like, on March 1st, was I financially prepared to move? No. Literally, the week before all of this happened, I remember emailing my agent and manager and being like, ‘Guys, let’s start really trying to do some sh*t. Because I’m not in a good place financially.’”
She continued, sharing more details: “When I first started making decent money, we decided we wanted to buy a house. Then I was playing catch up all the way up until Katie, and I found a great location for a sandwich shop.” The reality star finished, saying she reached “a point where in March I was literally on my last $2,000. I am not kidding.”
Ariana is making BIG money moves
By now, you’re aware of the news that Ariana discovered her boyfriend of nearly 10 years was having an affair with her ex-bestie, Rachel Leviss. The pair had been fooling around behind Ariana’s back for seven months, and when the news broke, it sent us all into a frenzy.
Since leaving Tom Sandoval in the dust, Ariana has bossed up big time. In addition to her massive payday on VPR Season 11, Ari has snagged major brand deals in the process. These include Lay’s, Uber, Bloomingdales, T-Mobile, and many more.
In 2023, it was revealed that Ariana would take to the stage as Roxie Hart on Broadway in the long-running musical Chicago. Since she joined the cast, the Pump Rules star has led the musical to its highest-grossing non-holiday performance in the production’s 27-year history.
I’m sure she has more than $2,000 now. And she’s earned every penny.
