Sutton Stracke Apologized to Mauricio Umansky, in ‘Good Place’ With Kyle Richards

One of the defining features of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 was the drama between Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke. This storyline took precedence over the anticipated drama of Kyle’s marital problems with Mauricio Umansky.

But despite everything that went down this season, Kyle revealed that Sutton not only apologized to her, but to Mauricio as well. Given all the drama, one might’ve anticipated Kyle would be the one apologizing.

After all, Kyle facilitated rumors of Sutton having an eating disorder. Granted, Sutton did perhaps push Kyle when it came to personal information about her marriage. So, rather unsurprisingly, Sutton decided to be the bigger person.

Kyle says Sutton called herself “a bad friend”

In a three-part interview on Paris Hilton’s podcast, Kyle shared that Sutton “bumped into Mo in New York, and she apologized to him.” She added, “And then she has said to me — she said on camera to me, ‘I’m sorry that I’ve been a bad friend.’”

As for where the two stand now, Kyle said, “Sutton and I are in a good place now. I think she feels bad … We’re in a good place now. I know she meant that, and I’m not really sure what the motivation was for that, but, and I’m someone who likes to forgive and forget and move on. And then there’s other people that I’m now not in a good place with, which makes me sad.”

To that point, Sutton shared on “The Weekly Scoop With CJ” that she and Kyle “had dinner like a week and a half” before the interview. “And we didn’t talk about the show, which was sort of nice. We just sort of caught up … We both wanted to just do that and just enjoy an evening.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 is available to stream on Peacock.
