Sutton Stracke opened up about her dating life during Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13. She filmed several dates, one of which, was painfully heavy on the mom stories, and started working with a matchmaker.
The boutique owner revealed that she hadn’t been asked out for a second date in ages. Perhaps wearing a cat sweater out has something to do with it, but Sutton likely hasn’t found someone who can appreciate her quirky personality.
But that streak was broken with an irresistible guy named Steve, who the RHOBH star briefly dated while filming. However, Sutton recently gave an update on her dating life, and the situation is surprising.
Sutton ditched the matchmaker
Sutton told Page Six that she ended matters with Steve, but that she has a new love interest on the horizon.
“I was telling him when the episodes were coming out and he was very sweet. He was a good guy, but it didn’t work out between us,” she explained Wednesday night during an event for her store, Sutton Concept Boutique.
The Southern Belle is all about a dashing “tall, dark, and handsome” fellow, who will currently remain nameless. “I have some suitors now, yes, one in particular,” the Bravolebrity revealed.
And she’s in the dating game without the help of her matchmaker this time.
“I really just want to meet guys in a normal way,” she added. “And yes, there’s maybe one that I’m sort of interested in right now that could be a possible match. I’ll keep you posted.”
When asked to describe her perfect man, Sutton revealed an interest in classic charm with a touch of modern swag.
“He’s old-school meets new-school. I’m imagining that he’s old-school,” she told the news publication. “He opens the door, he pulls out my chair for me, he’s very polite but yet also is cool.”
Hopefully, Sutton’s enthusiasm will translate into a lasting connection with a solid partner.
