Let’s face it, the Season 13 Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion was strange. First, Kyle Richards’ sister, and show alum Kathy Hilton, was there to support her sister. No one else required hand-holding. And then poor Sutton Stracke suffered a medical emergency and went to the ER. Her bestie, Garcelle Beauvais, accompanied her because that is what real friends do. But without them there to confront Kyle, viewers missed out on some fireworks.
Kathy ignited her own firestorm because of her callous behavior towards Sutton. First, she claimed that Sutton was having “a hot flash.” Then, as Sutton was being escorted to her dressing room, Kathy told Kyle, “I was about to go after her next. I think she knew it. It’s a good way to get out of being here.”
As you can imagine, RHOBH fans weren’t happy about Kathy’s behavior.

Recently, Sutton and her friend, Kathy, teamed up on an Instagram Live. The duo was at a party. Sutton wanted to clear up any confusion about the state of their friendship. And Kathy fiddled with her lipstick while Sutton spoke.
“So that y’all don’t get confused. I love Kathy and I was not afraid of her at the reunion,” Sutton explained. “I just want to make sure that we are clear on that.”
Kathy added, “I thought that was the funniest thing. Why would anybody be afraid of me?” Well, Aspen rings a bell. And Kathy elaborated on why she was at the RHOBH reunion in the first place.
“I was honestly only there to hold [Kyle’s] hand, not from the girls because I would be honest with you and tell you I don’t get to see her that often and she does not discuss the girls,” Kathy said. I’d bet a box fan that Kyle does discuss her co-stars. Then Kathy added that the trio grabbed dinner three days after the reunion was filmed.
“The three of us: me, you, and [Kyle],” Sutton clarified. It seems like Kathy and Kyle are still on good terms. Who knows? Maybe Kathy will be back on the show next season in some capacity.
