Brock Davies Answers Hard Questions About Vanderpump Rules Cast

Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules has been surprising in how much the group dynamic changed since the season reunion prior. It was a group united against Tom Sandoval, and rightfully so. But now, Scheana Shay, Brock Davies, and Lala Kent are letting the door open on bringing the disgraced reality TV star back into the fold.

That has caused reverberations among the cast. Ariana Madix is firmly against her friends warming up to her ex-boyfriend. She’s being supported wholeheartedly by co-star, and fellow business owner, Katie Maloney. Meanwhile, Katie is feuding with Lala.

Brock commends Lala’s “growth”

Brock, as a bit of a periphery character, was asked to share his perspective on the current issues during a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live.

Host Andy Cohen teased a game of Between a Brock & A Hard Place, where the former Australian resident was asked to comment on co-star drama.

The first question had to do with Ariana. Andy asked, “Is it your belief that Ariana needs to find a way to let go of her rage towards Sandoval or are you beginning to see why too soon for her to have worked through emotions?”

“I just want to see her work through those emotions,” Brock responded. “So I’m on the fence, but I look forward to that day when it comes.”

The following question was about “Lala’s newfound friendship and empathy for Sandoval.”

Scheana’s husband acknowledged “growth from Lala’s perspective” that made her able to do something other than shout at Sandoval, however warranted it was.

“I think you can only lead by example,” Brock responded. “And Lala this summer has really stepped up as a human and trying to figure out herself. So I give her props.”

Brock finds Katie’s actions problematic

Brock thought Katie didn’t hook up with Max “to get back at [Tom] Schwartz.” Rather, “She just did it because she could do it.”

“Do you think that Schwartz and Sandoval’s friendship is still as solid as it was prior to Rachel?” Andy then asked.

“No. I think it’s strained, like everyone’s relationships have been,” Brock said.

Finally, Andy asked Brock about the feud between Lala and Katie. Brock chose Katie as the one “more at fault for the continual friendship disconnect.”

Interestingly, fans are questioning why Brock has been given such a platform to comment on the main cast. Yet, he’s still there sharing pearls of wisdom.
