Kim Zolciak Calls Police on Kroy Biermann After Alleged Phone Theft

More law enforcement drama at Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s soon-to-be foreclosed upon home. Who “need[s] Andy and a camera” when the Milton, GA police department already has hours of body cam footage?

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy stars are court ordered to stay in their own separate areas of the home while they continue to cohabitate amidst their ugly divorce and financial disaster. They even have a schedule for entering the master closet.

Last month, Kim again called the police to referee a dispute with Kroy. She alleged that Kroy stole her cell phone and locked himself away in the master bedroom – which is his domain.

Another day, another domestic disturbance call to the police at Kim and Kroy’s

At this point, the Milton cops must know the layout of the house by heart. There’s also footage from police visits in November 2023 and January 2024.

According to a police report that TMZ obtained, the Milton police responded to a domestic disturbance call at Kim and Kroy’s family home in late April. It was again recorded on police body cam.

The report says that Kim called 911 and accused Kroy of swiping her cellphone and then locking himself in the master bedroom. She clarified that no physical violence happened, but she still felt that calling the police was the right move.

Since there’s a court order directing them to stay within their designated halves of the house, Kim told officers she couldn’t enter Kroy’s room to get her phone, and Kroy wouldn’t cooperate. However, she wasn’t able to provide the court order when police asked for it.

The footage captured Kim lamenting their “horrible divorce” and accusing Kroy of rummaging through her stuff.

“This is absolutely absurd. I deal with it every single day. Screaming all day. Yelling all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. It’s just, enough is enough,” said an exasperated Kim.

The police attempted to mediate with Kroy, but he refused to come out of the bedroom and denied having Kim’s phone. The cops left without taking further action.

If Kim is this fed up with the whole ordeal, imagine how tired of the chaos her and Kroy’s four minor children must be. Kim and Kroy were court ordered to fund parental fitness evaluators, who surely added this latest incident to what must be a rapidly thickening file.
