Summer is going to look a little different this year for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s family. U.S. Marshals just kicked them out of their Georgia McMansion, which went into foreclosure last year. They’re also trying to call off their divorce, after spending months in a bitter court battle and racking up thousands of dollars in legal fees. Meanwhile, their four minor children are having to witness all of it.
Kim and Kroy’s older daughters will be on their own this summer, but their youngest, Kaia Rose Biermann, is getting away from the chaos for a few months. Mom and Dad are shipping their 11-year-old off to Montana.
Kaia Rose Biermann heads to Montana

According to a report from TMZ, the Don’t Be Tardy stars are sending Kaia to Big Sky Country to stay with Kroy’s parents. She’ll be there for three weeks, at which point she’ll check in with mom and dad to see if she can stay longer.
The report explained that Kaia will get a flip phone, which she can use for 15-minute phone calls with each parent. There’s also a very strict rule in place that she isn’t allowed to hang out alone with any boys.
Meanwhile, Kaia’s three brothers will be spending the summer in Atlanta. All three of them will be together, bouncing back and from between their mom and dad. Perhaps their adventure to Montana will happen next year.
Although Kim and Kroy have filed a petition to dismiss their divorce, these latest updates are all a part of their court-ordered co-parenting plans. Meanwhile, Kim allegedly owes thousands of dollars to multiple attorneys who have been working on the case. Stay tuned for more updates.
Don’t Be Tardy is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
