Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke is an exacting boss. She is demanding and expects perfection. And if she is displeased, she isn’t one to hold back. Eventually, viewers met her assistant and property manager, Avi Gabay. Their dynamic was unique, with Sutton griping and Avi talking back. Even Sutton’s then-bestie, Garcelle Beauvais, mentioned how much Avi needed a raise.

Of course, Avi has sometimes taken the blame when something went awry. When her boutique had a “for lease” sign in the window, Sutton claimed it was because of Avi. Apparently, the RHOBH star was out of town and neglected to pay her rent. So, how does this fall on Avi? Come on, Sutton!
Recently, Sutton was a guest on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live. And host Jeff Lewis was curious about Avi. “First one, where’s Avi?” he asked. “Oh, I’m … I’m going to imagine that Avi’s at home,” Sutton replied.
“So, Avi is still working for you, or no?” Jeff asked. “Uh … in my opinion … in my opinion, Avi is no longer working with me. Now, we’re still friends. I love Avi,” Sutton explained. “He’s like family. But, umm, no. He’s no longer working with me.”
Next, Jeff quizzed Sutton about why Avi left. “Everything was working out. It’s just, you know, things evolve. And, so, you know, he’s no longer with me,” the RHOBH star said.
Meanwhile, Jeff continued to dig for the truth. “Did he find another position?” Jeff asked. “I don’t know. I’ve been really busy,” Sutton said. “I’ve been traveling a lot in the past couple of months.” Sutton added that they hadn’t “really spoken.” What is going on? Answer a question, Sutton!
She continued, “I think … well, you know, I’m about to just live by myself in my house. So, things have just evolved, and it’s different now.”
Finally, Jeff cut to the chase. “Did you fire him or did he quit?” Jeff inquired. Sutton responded, “We parted ways.” When asked if the decision was mutual, the Georgia peach replied, “I’m not sure. We’d have to ask Avi.” I love Sutton, but just give us the tea.
