Scheana Shay recently revealed a shock affair that Brock Davies had while she was pregnant with their daughter, Summer Moon. The Vanderpump Rules alum was very vulnerable reliving that moment. It was something that she had kept secret for years.
Her former costars are sharing what they knew. Lala Kent, for one, shared her reaction. And she’s pulling from her own history and personal growth to give Brock some grace.
Did Lala know Brock had cheated on wife Scheana Shay?
“Yes I did. But not for a while,” Lala revealed during a recent episode of her Give Them Lala podcast.
“So, that Glamour article came out today. Scheana called me and said, ‘I just wanna give you a heads up. Tomorrow this article is coming out with the excerpt. Like, I may need to tap you in. I’m very nervous,'” she continued.
Lala also shared that her friend was concerned how her perception of Brock changed since learning about his tryst.
“I won’t share exactly what she said on the phone because that’s between she and her husband. She said ‘has your opinion of Brock changed since it has come out that he had an affair?'” the podcast host shared.
“So I’ve had time to process it,” Lala explained. “Not that that matters, I’m not in the relationship. Brock has been tremendous, not always, we’ve had our ups and downs. And I’ve, you know, said some things to him and called out of some red flags. But since then, what I have watched is him being a great father to Summer Moon. I’ve seen him with Ocean and Sosa and I find him to be a very hands on and great dad.”
The Give Them Lala podcast host admitted that she “certainly” was one to “say whatever they want about his past.” Brock, notably, has two estranged children from a previous relationship living in Australia.
“What I know about life is that it doesn’t always as we planned. There are a million moments that I look back on in my own life and godd*mn if I could get a redo, I would really do that differently.’ I know for a fact he feels that way,” Lala concluded.
