You have to give Scheana Shay some credit. She’s got everyone talking about her new memoir, My Good Side. A-list hookups, cheating scandals, and a little Lisa Vanderpump shade — this book launch and its accompanying press tour have been a rollercoaster.
When it comes to the LVP of it all, Scheana said in an interview that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star exploited her pain by using her Eddie Cibrian affair to kickstart Vanderpump Rules. A reporter recently asked LVP about it, and her response wasn’t so kind.
Did Lisa Vanderpump exploit Scheana Shay for fame?
Scheana’s comments about Lisa arrived during an interview promoting her book. The reporter was trying to understand when Scheana and LVP’s relationship got icy. That’s when Scheana made the claim that LVP used her.
“She low-key used my real-life pain to launch her TV empire — and what an empire she has. She gaslit me about it for a decade instead of just coming to me in the beginning. That’s the thing with Lisa: She doesn’t make mistakes. She makes moves and then calls them coincidences,” Scheana said.
A few days later, someone from TMZ caught up with LVP and asked for her thoughts on the matter. She made it super clear that she doesn’t care about anything Scheana has going on right now.
Lisa said, “Guess what? I don’t care what she says, how about that?”
At the time, Lisa said she was more concerned about the passing of Ozzy Osbourne, which she called “the saddest thing.” Scheana’s book tour wasn’t on her radar.
“Important things are what matter to me, not her bullsh*t claims,” Lisa concluded.
